Quantity over quality. In Noxus EVERYONE is expected to be able to fight.
The military probably just accepts whatever street rat is willing to give up their freedom in service to their country, and since being in the military would naturally offer an amount of protection, money, and the chances to grow in strength it starts to sound like a pretty appealing option for the less well off members of Noxian society.

Demacia on the other hand probably treats its entire military force like old lords and kings treated knights. Extremely prestigious position that requires an entire lifetime of dedication and training to even be considered.
I find it hard to believe Demacia would just take anyone off the street or even accept help from militia forces during wartime.

What's mostly going to change is how fast you're going to finish your mittens. Sometimes you want it before sunfire, most of the time I finish it second though, and sometimes I have to wait until way later to build it.
One thing I've noticed is that Maokai can push Poppy out of lane if she tries to trade but black cleaver remedies that very well, so if you encounter similar situations (where a tank outtanks out) you can go for that because the armor shred is going to do some work.

hosting it wasnt the issue as much as the game being coded like a piece of shit. i've saved clips on lan where i clearly hit someone 6-7 times in the face with a br only for them to take no damage due to a combination of code so shitty that the game even drops packets on lan + the br is random sometimes. its like a girlfriend, sometimes it spreads and sometimes it doesnt.

halo 2 could have been played for several years longer as well, people were not even close to peaking the skill ceiling in it. with h3 everyone figured the game out in a year. h3 was a massive disappointment in the multiplayer realm of things
