Thoughts on Giant Namek? It's hilarious and super stylish, and the stamina drain could be worked around. But it's moveset isn't great and it's very hard to close gaps/get any kind of combo going with it. On top of that it's damage seems a little lackluster. I imagine it's attacks scale off of basic strike attacks, which makes it even more depressing considering I have like 40 points dumped into strike at level ~30 something.

I'm a little disappointed by it desu, just find myself spamming a couple mouth blasts and maybe trying to get off a grab. Might ditch it entirely for another transformation.

On another note. Anyone find the frieza accessory or cell accessory? I got both of their armor sets.
I can't find a fucking frieza race skin color that matches the armor set though. I hope the accessory covers the head for the most part.

Whoever you make your master, take any version of them with you on PQ's to help raise friendship meter, and talk to them frequently they'll give you items. If you max the meter you get a super soul that boosts assists.
If you get beat up too much during a mission, your mentor will come help you out. IIRC those are the only reasons to choose a certain mentor. And they train you during elder kai missions.

Save all of your TP for the TP shop. Always go do milk side quests for TP.

So, i was thinking....

Could a Freezy-Pop that uses Ki Blast Supers, but with little to no Ki Blast investiment actually work decently?

It seems Golden Form gives an absolutely massive increase to Ki Blast Supers (~30%), and from what i have seen, even with 0 investiment and max buff, Ki Supers deal quite a lot of damage for this race. By not investing in Ki Blasts at all, you could spend these stat boosts elsewhere.

How the FUCK do you get control type C on pc? All that's available to me is rebinding the buttons, but the geniuses at DIMPS mapped the ultimate attacks with boost dash for some reason, so rather than using R2 and L2 to trigger them, I have to press R2 and X, which is awkward as fuck and also fucks with my super attacks. Why couldn't they just keep the configurations from XV1?

So when does this game start getting challenging? I'm around level 35 and just finished the Ginyu arc, most of the game has been pretty easy so far.

Also, thoughts on Final Shine? I feel like it's a better move than the Perfect Kamehameha. Does slightly less damage on 4 bars, but seems quiker and easier to hit despite having a smaller hitbox. On 5 bars it destroys shit. Thinking of pairing it with Giant storm, seems like a pretty good combo. Slow, high damage chargable beam and a quick AoE fuck you.

Super Saiyan isnt an insta win anymore. You start teleporting forward when you do certain attacks, your basic attacks get stronger but your ki regen slows to a fucking crawl to the point where sometimes its easier just to slip out of super saiyan to regain that ki.

Gotta use supers and ults with lots of hits. I did it by stamina breaking a character with lots of stamina, (making it take longer to get it back,) and landing as much shit as I could until their stamina was a bar or two off, then hit them with 4X Kaioken Kamehameha.

It would make it more interesting for melee powers if you showed the full range they charge, or close to the full range. That way someone can tell if it's just a kick or a move that sends you forward.

Tough to say on that for me. SGG takes forever too long to charge if you want it to be full power but still does decent damage if you don't charge it all of the way. And while EDB hits hard as fuck, it drains your entire ki supply and is really best suited for hi ki builds. Knowing all of that, I'd probably rather choose SGG myself.
