Unless you're running a double WB team, Striker teams NEED Autoheal, just look at what Aokiji's Bike does. Coupled with the fact that Barto is the king of stalling, having maxed Auto-Heal is definitely a must on him.

As for socket importance, the GENERAL order is.
Chain > Silence > Auto-Heal > CDR > Orbs/Damage Reduction.
Changing of course depending on what you need on what units.

Ok, some preliminary numbers I'm getting for a 2x akainu, lucci, barto, wb, kuma team. 4.1 million for neutral colors, 8.2 against dex, 2.1 against qck. Im assuming full red orbs, which is quite likely if you activate lucci sp then akainu sp. Next turn you lose kuma sp and get 2.4 million for neutral colors. So cumulative around 12 million to dex over two turns. You also have one more turn of lucci sp and another akainu sp, but most things will be dead by then.
