While I liked the original titanfalls multiplayer, it got really old, really fast, and every single time the campaign was ruined either by incompetent teammates, or by noisy nigger faggots talking over the voicelines.

I played Titanfall when there was only 800 people left, worldwide, playing it. I'll stick with this one, too. It's already doing it's absolute hardest to keep me hooked and entertained. I'm playing on PC. No one is playing CTF. Hardpoint and Attrition are populated. I just got out of a match in the Coliseum though can't say whether or not it's populated because I've only got 2 tickets left. If the game dies on PC I'll repurchase it for PS4. It's a really good game.

People don't want to learn alternate rule sets, they want straightforward shooting arenas.
So Attrition and Bounty Hunt and HArdpoint will be populated
Everything else is for you and a group of friends

Really good.
Movement has more options for close-quarters while keeping the old ones.
Gunplay is about the same with some welcome adjustments like add-ons and amp-shields and shit.
Maps are pretty good, nothing standout though.
Titans are probably the biggest change for me though: No shields means you can just sit comfy in your titan after a fire-fight ot take out pilots and grunts at your leisure.
Getting shields means you or an ally have to be willing to do some pilot-work which I think is great, it makes it more strategic rather than a sheer numbers game half the time.
The new kits are also great I think: they add more variety to gameplay styles but also some counter play: Scorch does well against Ronin and Tone but very poorly against Northstar, for instance.

It is: Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch are basically the only things anyone plays.
There's not really a way around this unless you do the Overwatch or Splatoon thing of making the mode you play in in any situation randomized.
Which I wouldn't mind honestly...like you gotta play random game-types with randoms or set up your own server (which EA isnt letting us do anyways).

It was "thinking with portals" tier of entertaining. The entire concept of understanding that you are walking through the destruction you caused yourself, while being able to watch the mirror of before and after was beautifully executed and incredibly smooth. The transitions were wicked fast, and that's amazing technology right there.

They rightfully changed the rodeo mechanic
A lesser dev would keep it the same, but now it adds more to the game

Also the removal of shields is an excellent choice
Now the damage you do isn't sucked up by a thing that already has a ton of hp
