I hear it's faster now and Titans are more common, but pilots and Titans supposedly both die really quick (especially pilots which are basically cod-tier killtimes)

It's a bit like Battlefield or COD where it's a lot of setpieces and temporary mechanics. It doesn't take itself nearly as those. It's more like an action film with a few sprinkles of comedy here and there rather than a serious thriller featuring Michael Bay.

As for whether its worth it, Im inclined to say yes, but it also might be in your best interests, to monitor Titanfall 2 and see what is the first patch to come. There are some faults in the game. Afters years of playing strategy games and RPGs I decided to try the Titanfall (I gained interest in FPS again after thinking the DICE will announce BF2143. It ended differently but I quieted interest in TF2 instead).

I am having a blast in the SP, but I am a total bottomfeeder in the multi.
Last FPS I played seriously was BFBC2, I wasn't the very best at it, but at least competent. Not so much in TF2.

I would assume so just because with the rest of your system i should think it would run fine. You might just have to tweak settings as you play.

If BF1 ends up overshadowing this game, then as much as that blows, i can at least understand it. BF1 at least changed things up for that series, as boring as it is.

titanfall 2 is the first game I ever got platinum on. And I did it in just over 12 hours.

I wish the challenge trophies were a little harder, but damn the multiplayer is fun, just did my first match and it was great, I fucking crushed the shit out of everyone else which was a little disappointing, but hey. Didn't seem like anyone knew how to rodeo and I ended up with almost $2000 bonus by the time I finally got to a bank safely.

Watch the slowest Gauntlet hologram. It still shoots better and moves faster than most people in MP.

Probably one of my proudest moments in Titanfall 1 was completely stomping a clanstack of generation 10 Pilots (I was Generation 7 because I never bothered to gen past it).

I guess they were pubstomping in attrition, but I hunted them down with my CAR and my Arc cannon and killed them faster than they could Farm off Grunts.
