2) Back up the m and v directories

Now they get an extra card, too. Which was relatively balanced up until DE, when Haven became popular and Priest of the Cuckold started ending everyone's evil deeds. I'm not up to date on how many packs you start with now, but 1 per 8 packs is around average, as is 1 gold per 2-3 packs. A lot of people try to get a slightly above-average quantity with at least 1 or 2 legendaries (and preferably some golds) they specifically want, or stumble into a plain massive quantity roll and settle with it.

Just try to avoid overcommitting to a specific class/deck to early on, since a lot of people start wanting to play other things for variety or even switching mains over time.

Some people take the time to roll for something absurd to start, but it's not remotely necessary. Having an actual collection is a long-term goal anyway, and for that same reason don't feel too bad about shelving an account and rolling a new one if you're not feeling it after a week or so.

Not that guy but banner IS midrange sword now, no one runs the old style value midrange deck now, it has a horrific matchup against all 3 Haven decks, DShift and isn't that great against Tempo Forest. Banner gives them reach and you can run a deck of all officers with maid leader + banner to always tutor for it.

Rerolling isn't mandatory and you can definitely get by without it, but I'd strongly recommend it. That is an extremely poor pool, and worse yet, the cards that are usable in it only slot into decks that're very expensive to build and unintuitive for new players.

however, a side effect is that, certain UI features are in japanese, mainly flairs, and some tutorial pictures, as well as the little graphics in the shop and stuff, but card text, and everything else, it's all in english from what I've seen

I pulled him too, I had to read that shit multiple times to make sure I was reading him correctly. However Pluto is pretty clearly better than Skullfane. I asked from the perspective of "does the game's current meta favor this card". Skullfane on the other hand is pretty clearly useless for being an overcosted, basically vanilla that kills your own shit unless there's some wombo combo potential there.

it's okay. It's decent but I've never seen it be the reason someone wins a game. Cerberus is by far the stronger shadow legendary, easily one of the best in the game and probably the only reason shadow is still playable despite the metagame being extremely unfavorable to it.

The biggest problem with resurrection is the simple fact that it summons a 4/4, and generally speaking 4/4s just aren't very good. A 4/4 for 3 is good, but not good enough to warrant how hard it is to actually play it on turn 3. The best things to sacrifice are 1/1 skeletons and 1/1 ghosts, but you can't actually get a skeleton or ghost on turn 3 and also play Impious Resurrection.

Overall the card has an effective concept, but just comes at such a shitty timing that you're generally better off just playing a regular 3-drop that has a bonus instead.

Despite the two Tias, Forest is still crazy expensive, but all your legendaries are used. The easiest thing for you to build is face Dragoncraft which you could fully complete in less than a week with two more Fortes being the bulk of the cost.

Banish honestly isn't relevant against a lot of decks as much as people play it up. Eating the stats of a follower can be game-changing in a slower meta. The easiest (and most extreme) example is to look at pre-DE where Satan was actually played - using Pluto on a Servant of Darkness was basically an auto-win if they couldn't kill you on the next turn. In the current meta, you could say that Pluto's only remaining niche is against Heal Haven where you can eat a giant follower and Heal Haven's lack of removal basically forces them to use Themis or die. And no, being able to banish one of the amulets on turn 8 doesn't make Odin worthwhile against Elana.

Skullfane doesn't do anything unqiue considering Garuda and every other countdown reducer is functionally the same when any countdown worth playing is 3 or less. If you wanted to talk about unique pieces of garbage, Soul Dealer is a good one.
