Evie is the mobility flanker. Androxus is the dueling flanker. Buck is the tanky distraction flanker. If the enemy team's attention is divided between you and your tank, then they're going to make mistakes and eventually get picked off. You just have to focus on not dying above all else.

Because people never take it one step further. Do they have healers and are they very active? If not, how about life steal? Batik has a card that can give him crazy healing by standing next to a turret. So what will deal more overall damage, your 5% extra damage vs his 250hp per sec, or reducing that by 30% of what it usually is?

Attack and defense cards are dependant on the enemy, while utility and healing cards are based on your team. The latter is safer to get right at the start, while the former can be picked and strategized with later.

Problem is when your Kinessa grabs aggression right at the start of the game to match with her basic load out.

To win fights with buck you need to hit them with the leap damage and net damage and 1 netted crit. From there its just a cleanup shot or two even if they mobility move of choice away. Practice his combo against bots or something if you have trouble pulling it off consistently.

If you can aim, Androxus is absolutely lethal.
Bomb King is good fun with a very unique design and definitely with a try.
Evie and Buck were both available for free with skins from special website offers. You might want to check if you can still get them to pad out your roster.

Your first shot after hooking someone does big damage to them, hook in squishies and splat 'em. If any of your team mates are paying attention, it's a pretty easy free kill.

After you hook someone, quickly face towards your team to make it harder for them to escape. You can even face towards the edge of Fish Markets etc. and drop 'em off.

Barik's not as good of a solo frontline as Fernando and Makoa.

Morale Boost can also be pretty good for locking down points more often.
Stay mobile. Place turrets not together.

By the looks of it you aren't doing much wrong. You have top damage dealt and plenty of objective time you just needed better teammates to help you out.
With healing station, III or IV is the ideal just make sure you are close enough to one or both of your turrets to get those heals though, it has a pretty small radius. Consider throwing some points into forged alloy and combat repair so that the turrets last long enough to be helpful and place them far enough apart that a drogoz or similar can't destroy both at once.

It needs more front liners because that is the role that every team is required to have but people don't play that role a lot (Because that role is poorly balanced) so hi-rez doesn't invest in it. Pip has basically the same time-to-kill as buck does, but a larger range with a kit built for kiting, as well as a tiny hitbox (so Buck's shots need to be on-point). Buck has a pretty hard time dueling him assuming he didn't go healslut build.

Cassie 1v1s everyone in the game and does 3170 damage with full combo (shot > roll > shot > blast shot > disengage > shot), so Buck has to be pretty careful about not getting instantly deleted the moment he tries to fight her. You usually have to wait until she blows cooldowns elsewhere and pray she misses her first roll shot.

Drogoz can jetpack away, but Buck can chase him on a lower cooldown until he's in a bad spot.

Buck can't really kill Evie but she can't really kill Buck. It's a skill matchup until someone fucks up, mostly.
