You can use a few builds, the rejv one is probably the best since its actually fucking retarded what you can do but if enemy has cauterize 2 or 3 youre practically useless
Thats why i prefer the mobility build over it since its bit harder to counter and easier to execute in some scenarios

Ying can do the most healing per second on a single target but it auto chooses the target.
Grohk does a little less but he's a bit more resilient and his heal is in an aoe.
Maldamba is probably the best for focusing heals on a single tank with a single target heal and an aoe heal.

-Buck is a broken all-inclusive champion (heal, tankiness, huge engage/disengage ability, slow, shitload of damage)

-Makoa's pull range is way too big and his damage once you get caught as flank is retarded, 50% hp in 1 shot.

-Matchmaking is totally utter horse shit when you get matched against diamonds/other high tier tards / even pros and like that's not enough, they're premade too vs your unorganized pug.

Buck has shit tier damage, he does 600DPS which is just slightly better than Nando's hairdryer.

Makoa's range is around 100 units and it has a slight lead time, not instant like Roadhog. The cooldown on it is huge too whether it lands or not, he can't finish you off if you pop your F skill immediately after getting hooked.

Get friends, party up. It's a free game, how can you not get your friends into the game?

A better point is that you can just grab a defense burn item that negates anywhere between 30-90% of the knockback, AND reduces the duration of grumpy bomb's stun. It's not like you're wasting credits either, because nearly every champion has some form of CC that this helps against.
