If you can't even kill David in the 10 turn time limit you will give up before long though, TT goes pretty deep and you obviously have to run all the way back to the fiend after getting booted. In IV, pick either Dex (Guns and physical skills) or Mag (magic skills).

In Apocalypse, pick from Str (physical attack and skills), Dex (Gun and gun skills) or Mag (magic skils).

Agility and Luck are good on all builds, except maybe ease back on the luck in magic builds. There is no defensive stat.

My Nanashi is mostly DEX/LUCK.
I've got a Cleopatra with:
Dazzle Ray, Deadly Wind, Ice Age, Alluring Banter, Light Pierce, Repel Dark, High Light Pleroma, and Mediarahan.

I'm working on my healer right now but I'm not sure what moveset to settle on. So far it's Salvation, Samerecarm, Invitation, Luster Candy, and Enduring Soul. My previous healer ran Marakarn and Tetrakarn along with Makarabreak, but the Karn spells don't seem to be very good in IVA, so I'm not sure if it's worth it.

I'm not sure what demon build to put in my last available slot.

Did you miss how the game makes a point to show Flynn and Nanashi keep getting reincarnated in Tokyo/Mikado and protecting/doing important shit? They don't need to be immortal if they keep reincarnating immediately. According to Charron usually souls wait eons for reincarnation but Flynn and Nanashi came back to Tokyo almost immediately.

Out of those two the second one is obviously better since Concentrate is a waste when Cleopatra is more of a support demon. Deadly Wind and Ice Age make no sense on her, just because she has +5 Ice/Wind by default doesn't mean you need to throw those on her. Get Salvation and Luster Candy and roll support with her instead, then get an Inanna with her 4 default spells (which have higher damage than Trisagion/Ice Age/etc), High Force/Elec Pleromas (since that's what the most threatening Fiends are weak to), Enduring Soul, and one skill of your choice (Concentrate, Luster Candy, Invitation, Salvation, maybe Debilitate but since you have Cleo that's kind of wasted).

Trumpeter is a Horde encounter so all your AoEs hit three times. You only have ten turns to kill him before you get kicked out of the fight though, so obviously you need to deal a ton of damage. He's one of the easier Fiends though to be honest, most of the others are a lot more threatening.

Every time you beat the final boss of Twisted Tokyo the dungeon resets, all the enemies in it get harder (they get an extra press turn per cycle and their level increases by about 100 each time), and the rewards you get for killing Fiends increase. The first run through you only get 1 item from each Fiend, the 2nd time you get 2 items, etc. You also need to be at least on Cycle 2 to get the gear drops which are all the best weapons and accessories in the game. After Cycle 9 they stop getting more difficult, but at that point you pretty much need to have a min/maxed team with 999 in relevant stats to stand a chance, to put it into perspective lv920 David's (the weakest Fiend) Soul Drain hits for around 3-4k HP on the 9th Cycle and he has 6 or 7 press turns.
