Sebastian and Ariel&Flounder both give Str Up+3 for the entire turn. Sebastian costs 6 SP and A&F costs 3 SP, but both were HSC rewards in JP: Sebastian is the Score Threshold reward while A&F was the Ranking reward. A&F is pretty much Kairi without the Curaga but chances are it will be hard to get since you probably need to rank in top 5000 of a HSC to get it. Sebastian is easier to get but unlike A&F, you pretty much need Ability 1 or Ability 2 on it to be usable.

It has two attacks, like the raid boss
