Archwing Part Blueprints (i.e Itzal Harness, etc.) are no longer tradable.
Removed the unintended Slash Status chance on the Caustacyst projectile. It now deals purely Corrosive damage as intended (not a Slash weapon) and the 3x damage multiplier from the charged attack remains the same.
Removed a non functioning ‘Back’ button option when viewing the Second Dream Codex opening cinematic.
Revised the Ayatan Sculpture icons.
Conclave Changes
Properly enabled Synapse for Conclave.
Updated Mortal Conduct Conclave Mod description to accurately represent new Low Health value.
Fixed a bug with the Conclave Mod Heartseeker not having its -50% Damage Block drawback.
Increased the Shield steal amount of the Rakta Dark Dagger in Conclave.
Dedicated Server Changes & Fixes
Improved Dedicated Server matchmaking! This should also help alleviate players being put into empty Dedicated Server sessions.
Formatted Dedicated Server Leaderboards uptime so that it shows days/hours/m/s (previous version would only show hours and wrap around at 24h).
Fixed a script error with Mirage’s Hall of Mirror clones on Dedicated Servers.
Fixed a couple Dedicated Server script errors with Volt’s Overload and Spira Prime.
Fixed an issue with the Energy spawners in Dedicated Servers where it would spawn Energy when no players were connected.
Fixed getting permanently Staggered in a Dedicated Server game session.
The Index Changes & Fixes
Trinity’s Energy Vampire now works on Azoth and Lockjaw in The Index.
The Index buff/debuff points are now called Financial Stress.
Reduced the damage of Lockjaw’s pet Sol to 5/10/15 (previously 20/20/50) in The Index.
Reduced the damage reduction by half on the Robotic Technology Division enemies in exchange for slightly toning down their Weakspot damage multipliers in The Index.

Crewman as simply maintenance as you said should just in very small numbers with mostly proxies, ospreys everywhere. Combas should be basically a security force as you along the higher level'd planets, Bursa most likely roam more, and you start seeing Hyena units when the alarms are on for too long.In Darvo's deals type of thing, their models were reused for Debt collectors.

Start by removing heavy caliber and getting some punch through with shred, also aim better.

Heavy Caliber is great on Quanta Vandal as the beam loses no accuracy and helps the damage spread for the cubes; on the Ignis it widens the cone of damage so it helps beyond damage.
For the Amprex I haven't noticed any downside with Heavy Caliber. Hell, most situations I use it in have hordes of enemies so initial decreased accuracy wouldn't even matter.

need another lens for your weapon with Loki. Ivara has a safety net with sleep arrows. Put everyone to sleep and then take your time killing them. As long as they weren't alerted before you put them to sleep, you'll get stealth multipliers. Loki has to gank everybody without alerting anyone to get full stealth multipliers. Still not hard.
Core strategy of stacking stealth multipliers on unalerted enemies, ideally with a convergence orb remains the same. Once you get better/used to it, Loki is faster.

one of the issues is that the arsenal tells you lots of small lies (which usually don't add up to much of a difference but can counterintuitively skew results especially with certain ranks of base damage mods etc), as do the wiki/codex; while it's possible to pull the values from the game, it's not in a consistent format and there are some odd behaviors between weapons' damage vs projectile or scripted or otherwise secondary damage that aren't intuitive to read... but I'm sure it could be done programatically and then regularly updated as needed
what would help in some cases would be understanding how to properly extract data from the game like voidglitch does (particularly the scripts, where I get these split files that are usually missing information like variable names), but I think that group has some tools cooked up that won't get release to the public, and I only ever figured out how to cobble together some old tools published on some forums and deathmax's old library to extract package information

Prime Warframes have Prime Blueprints, you can't buy them from the market, you need them to drop or buy them from players. You can't use nekros prime chassis, neuroptics and system to build nekros (nonprime) nor can use nekros nonprime blueprint to build nekros prime.

Yes, the only way to get new colors is with platinum. Do yourself a favor and buy classic saturated, and nothing else. Ever. Classic Saturated > All other things. Certain event based color palletes will show up around certain holidays though, ST Patricks day and easter for instance, and I think halloween has one as well but I haven't been around long enough to be certain. (4th of july HAD one that didnt' come out this year so even if it does, it might not come out) These can be useful, but classic saturated is still the only color pallette that 99% of people use, because it has everything you need for a decent color scheme.

QT efficiency works at 240%; caster frames with fuckhueg energy pools get way more effective HP out of (primed)flow + QT than they do from Vitality.
ex Nyx P has ~637 energy, which equates to 1528HP with that conversion. Maxed Vitality would only bring her up to 740HP. Keep in mind Primed Flow + QT is two mod slots while Vitality only takes one.
Personally only run Vitality on certain frames because QT/Flow won't benefit them the same way or they need the extra HP (eg Inaros, desecrate Nekros, etc) but I'm of the opinion that once you hit high enough level enemies, it doesn't really matter which you go with. QT/Flow is basically just a safety net, but eventually you'll end up perma stunlocked. You can still run away while enemies are around 80-110ish with a large pool, but after that, you'll just end up staggered to death, super high theoretical effective HP or no.

You want punchthrough and crit, imo. Hcal does nothing bad to the amprex, just makes it spread the beam further. Punchthrough adds the spreading between enemies thing, so metal auger is actually good on it, to a point. Thanks, that's what I thought. Trying to make the secondary worth modding for crit, but looking at secondaries, and it seems nothing really matches lexP's base crit rate. Aksomati seems like another option but only because the damage multiplier is x3 instead of x2.

I agree spy can get boring, but it goes from fun exploration finding every way you can infiltrate the vault to comfy known quantity that still requires a measure of skill so you don't slip and fuck yourself. That's 90% of the reason I never used it, even though it had not-complete-shit stats when it came out. It had nothing special to it. Nothing will top the Jet Kitty in the Hammer category for me, but that's mostly due to its range. That's the first stat I look for in a melee, range. Its why the various Glaives are my most used weapons, and if they only counted within the year, it'd be the Redeemer.
Gunblade > Thrown > Whipsword(wielded) > Whips > Orthos Prime > Jat Kittag > Other polearms and greatswords (they usually all have around 5m range with Primed Reach).
I don't even use Thrown anymore, because no more masochist Trin, and no more Nullifier penetration.

Why are there only like 2 or 3 weapons that have ANY different channeling stats? All 3 just have increased damage. Why not make it so certain weapons/types have reduced drain. Daggers and small, fast weapons should have low drain, but not so great bonus damage (current base). Heavy weapons should have higher drain, with more bonus damage. Channeling should also not drain PER-HIT, but only drain per-second while hitting shit while channeling. Or just fucking remove energy cost from channeling and un-hide stamina, but only attach it to airglide, wall-latch, and channeling. It would also make those "increased air glide duration" mods more appealing. Just give it a nonsensical name that makes it sound like not-stamina like they do with every other randomly renamed shit.

The Grineer room with the tiered platforms, arc traps, and elevator down at the bottom. You can bullet jump to the top of the tower structure and instantly reach the terminal through a broken window.
All spy missions are made so that experienced players can blow through them in a couple minutes per run.
Its the last bit of fast we have to hold on to.

the bomb conveyor is pretty easy since you can just bullet jump up at the very first conveyor to get to a ledge with lockers and a vent that takes you to the corner of a conveyor directly over the terminal. I think grineer are overall the easiest rooms since there are two of them that are literally just skip the whole thing and go directly to the terminal. grineer hacking is still bullshit though, so I did corpus for the third tier of ivara.

Corpus human units should be rarer and focused on supporting their robots.
Delet nullifiers, replace them with a crewman that sets down a volt-shield (equivalent to the grineer balloon walls). Shield can be shot through from one side, but blocks shot and LoS for abilities. Running through the shield results in an electric proc; you'll want to go around if you can.
Have techs deploy repair (robot healing) drones instead of shield drones. Maybe let them buff the damage and accuracy of nearby bots.

Problem with nullifiers is that they prevent strategic use of abilities as well as 42win play. Anti ability units should be designed to counter abuse of abilities, not turn warframes into cawaduti in space.

Fuck them and fuck their bullshit mechanic. You have to shoot the bubble a certain number of times, its not based on damage, but even still theres a timer aspect to it as well so you can't pop them instantly. Its bullshit.
Get rid of that unit all together, get rid of the stupid timing mechanic. Let nullifier bubbles be a property of certain mechs. The size and range of the bubble depends on how many mechs are in it. That makes sense as sort of a combined shield projection. Balance this out by having units supporting the bubble having no individual shields.
And get rid of the blanket warframe power blocking. Its fucking retarded that they have human units now that AOE disrupt powers in addition to fucking bubbles blocking them.

Comba's should be a mech unit that locks a beam onto you (like the grineer archwing unit) that slows you and disables an ability at random. You can break LoS to to get your shit back, instead of just being fucked 'till you kill the comba (and the tether will help you find them to kill them, as well).
Also hopefully make it so that instead of turning off channels, it suppresses them; they're no longer active and don't drain, but you don't have to recast them once it's re-enabled.
