Lets be honest here, your argument only works when they are low enough level that it doesn't matter if you jump into their bubble. Once the levels get high enough that a Detron/Corrupted crewman can just one shot you with half pellets landing, or a Sapping Osprey mine can down you in one or two pulses, it becomes a game of keepaway at that point and nothing more.
Its either, do whatever you like because it doesn't matter as long as you have a half decent weapon, or Spam-Powers-to-Not-Disintegrate. There's not really a middle ground with DE. If people don't like powerspam, they can just play solo or friends only. Taking away player tools to suit a minority and fix a non-issue isn't really a sane decision and I'll never understand it. I like what they did with Saryn, but absolutely hate that they had to completely gut Miasma to do it. I hate what they did to Mag's Polarize. I don't like the fact that the Magnetize bubble lingers for way too long and is actually a detriment for me, and you have to build for duration on Mag now. Casting Polarize should instantly pop Magnetize bubbles, as well as it needs at least SOME of its scaling damage back. Maybe Polarize absorbs and gets boosted by the Magnetize bubble's stored damage? Fuck DE if they make that an augment.

1: Aptitude: Increase status chance or critical rate(which ever is lower) of primary by 20% for a brief period.
2 Salted Rounds: Drop a loaded magazine on the ground and turn it into an improvised explosive. Damage scales based on magazine size and ammo remaining in it.
3:No Quarter: Grants 1m of punch through to all tenno within affinity sharing range
4: Deny the Enemy: Causes enemy weapons to malfunction and explode with a radius leaving them with melee only if they survive the blast. Additionally applies a heat proc.

Couple probably work in something cool for having a normal rifle equipped along with a dagger.

You see "H Axi G1 Rad" and you have Axi G1? Then you're now doing that. Match the demand. You'll stress less.

It's the wrong time of the day then, there are times in the day when the online count is at its least, even if Warframe is international. (changing syndicate insignias, redeploying extractors....).

Heliocor vs Santi Magistar vs Jat Kittag?

Mostly for Naramon usage on my squishier frames like Equinox, though potentially Inaros/Banshee for finishers instead of CE dagger. Heliocor's base crit and damage is beautiful at the cost of speed, but Magistar's self heal could mean dropping life strike for a better mod, and Jat Kittag's Vulcan Blitz is fun as all hell and probably more efficient AoE kills, especially for finishers on heavy enemies.

This game has alway held my interest, at first it was because the idea of the game was fun despite the execution y the devs being a bit off. Eventually it became a fascination to see what the devs would fuck up next, it was like watching a car crash in slow motion, I couldn't take my eyes away. Right now they have slowed things down so much that there is nothing to watch/laugh at anymore, it is still the same shit as a few months ago.

I've deluded myself into thinking I can bring about positive change to this game from the relationships I've started building with the DE community and dev teams over the past year

I still have fun playing the game and pulling the levers in occasion, but whatever spark I once had isn't there any more.
