It's not actually that complicated, but you're too used to being spoonfed everything from linear mmos. I don't know of anybody who had to read "hours" of wiki pages to play this game. If you're doing that, you're doing something wrong.

Most mmos, from your first login, you already recognize how to do everything and so race from start to finish. That sucks. Bdo is really one of the only mmos left where you log in and you actually have to figure things out because there are lots of options. It's not a race. Bdo isn't that kind of game.

Tamer is meant to be a mana pot chugger if you want to go full burst all the time. If not weave in some basic attacks, maybe try to use the S-RMB move when you can. It's been a while since I played Tamer but I know that I used to do a lot of basic attacks as filler because I had shit all for carry limit and certainly wasn't bringing more pots.

Tamer has barely any mana in the first place and you can fill your bar by doing just a few basic attacks. You legitimately don't need any at all at least pre awakening. The basic attacks are quick and if you're attacking multiple enemies it fills near instantly so it's not like you're a wizard. Just git gud

Like I said above recovering mana is very very easy on this class since the basic attack chain is fast and you recover a good deal from them especially when you hit multiple enemies. Try to use your big moves when they're off cooldown instead of just mashing all the time if you legitimately feel like it's a problem. Since you're using bolt/jolt you can just save your heilang moves for the CC or big aoe damage. You could also just get more attack speed and not have to worry about timing and just hold left mouse when you're out of mana.
Health pots are a given as with other classes but try to be as evasive as you can or try to let your pet tank.
