MCH is generally easier than BRD, if you're trying to actually be good at each class.
I don't mean that in the good way. Like if I said "DRG is harder than MNK or NIN" or "BLM is harder than SMN" or even "DRK is harder than PLD", it would be because those classes are more involved and more interesting than the easier alternatives, and you get rewarded proportionately for learning to play each of them well.
BRD is harder than MCH because it's just not designed very well, and even if you're playing BRD perfectly, it feels like you're doing it wrong.

I think most people would agree with this.
Gridania's lighting and what's important about it is that it is supposed to highlight nature which is why a lot of people fine the zones beautiful and cozy. In other settings your character tends to look flat and feel like an avatar to some extent.
Exceptions to this would be:
The southern part of Thanalan, mainly around the Oasis and if not zoomed in you get a very natural presence there.
La Noscea also offers a lot of beautiful vistas (except the other parts of the map on Costa Del Sol) however still the lighting works best at the night because it draw's on Gridania's filters which let colors and angles transition a lot more smoothly while also maintaining the ocean-side and plains-like feeling.

But anon. Healers aren't supposed to DPS. That's why they took all our accuracy away in 3.0.
To remind us what our place is.
That said, players have still found a way to hit accuracy cap as healers.
I fully expect healers to get an actual damage and/or raid accuracy penalty in 4.0. Either by building healer penalties directly into the fight mechanics, or by simply taking Cleric Stance out of the picture by removing it or making it unusable.
For example, they could make it like AST stances, and you can't change it in combat. Game fucking over.

Yes. SE will never change something that players interpret as "deep mix/maxing stat gameplay".
Healers don't have the option of using caster DPS accessories, like tanks did before the vit change, so SE currently has no reason to change the healer hitcap bullshit.

Strength accessories were pretty much universally considered to be better and that was why people used them. There is no "better" option than using accuracy, so there's no reason to switch. People like doing damage, groups like pushing phases faster and letting DPS jobs stay on the boss instead of doing shit like killing adds. You aren't going to get half the raiding healers in the game to all switch to crit melds because it's just going to give them shittier numbers and slower or more involved clears. Nobody is gonna cut off their nose to spite their face.

Listen, faggot, if caster accessories didn't fuck with Cleric stats, then those accessories would be universally considered better. DPS accessories were the meta because STR was better. There was no better option than using more STR.
If healers were in the same boat as tanks, which in some sense they are considering that they desperately want DPS stats despite not being DPS, because stat weights are FUCKED beyond belief in this game, such that they were using caster accessories over healer accessories, then SE would change something to get them wearing their healer gear.
That's all they really give a fuck about. They want players doing what they tell them to do.
