Whatever order gives you the most main stat is likely going to be correct in terms of PPS. However there's other factors to consider and you are a healer not a DPS so potency per second isn't your end all be all. I would go for a combination of gear that gives you the most crit and piety, while minimizing spellspeed.

I would get a weapon before you get that shire chest, the Sophic weapon has a ton of spellspeed, which you'd only be adding to with a shire chest. You will want Alexandrian gloves and a hat, which you can get from 10 or pages from 10 (in the case of the hat, which drops in 11). If your group stagnates on 11 or 12 and you want to buy the chest later go for it but I definitely wouldn't get it right away. In a few more weeks you'll have more scripture than you know what to do with so just do whatever with it

A12S is quite easy in that it's straightforward, the only tricky mechanic is Judgement Crystal placing, everything else is self-explanatory

Yes, a mediocre MT will do about 1k DPS, a great one will do 1600+(personally experienced this in pubs), just because there are more spots to optimize your damage as a tank, than a DPS.

I've been saying this for a while, but tanks have to manage their enmity, mitigation, and damage, whereas DPS just focus damage. I'm not saying it's hard, but the extra responsibilities make tank parses quite shockingly different at times

That being said Temporal Stasis is pretty obvious too after 1 or 2 pulls. A12 is only a little bit harder than T13 when it comes to figuring out how mechanics work, especially since most of the debuffs during Temporal literally tell you how they work.

There's lots of factors outside of that too. The actual good groups don't need to spend that much time to clear the whole raid tier simply because they are that much of a better group. I'm almost certain that there's only like 2-3 NEETS within the world first groups, the rest just have flexible jobs.
