Make the report form 1-2 click easy to fill, record vod of reported player and sayonara motherfuckers. There will be plenty of cheats out there, all available and easy to use, but very few people would risk it if report-ban system would actually work.

2: there's some large damage source that you're trying to help your team escape from (d.va/junkrat ult/nano-boosted reaper/etc...)
3: When you're helping team mates that died on defense get back to the point faster after a team fight
C: Flanking is a joke don't do it.
D: think of default as as your default mode and speed boost as being used in reaction to something else where you want people to get away. Whatever you do don't keep swapping back and forth because it fucks with your team mates aim.
E: Lucios gun isn't bad when you learn the projectile speed (assuming you can land headshots). It's really all about that right click for those environmental kills. (btw the closer you are to the enemy the further they fly and the faster your movement speed the further they fly)
F: If you're good as lucio won't really CARRY with him but you'll steadily rise in SR assuming you're good. Don't expect to be a major tide turner though.
G: Lucio is always high as fuck. Just fucking look at him.

In Quick Play, does the quality of your teammates increase at all as you level? Because my bro and I just hit 90, and we keep getting matched with players who do NOT switch, or simply refuse to switch to counter enemies, and flat out aren't very knowledgeable. Not to say my bro and I are or anything, but we read and shit, and generally attempt to improve and actually play the game properly.

So does matchmaking work based off of your level at all? Because all these teammates are also sub-100s as we are. Hoping you get matched with more experienced players as you yourself grow in experience.. This shit is really fucking annoying, I just want to at least have competitive matches, but fucking hell.

Mei beats Zarya in team fights and can create situations were Zarya is isolated in what would have been a team fight.
Widow at high ranks shits all over Zarya unless she has a reinhardt with her at high ranks.

Maybe you can't kill her because you're some 2300 scrub but that doesn't mean that she doesn't have counters. Not every counter has to be as (lacking in)skill requirement as Winston countering Widowmaker.

It's less to reward misses and more to give her AoE damage. Junkrat shits on Pharah in that he has superior AoE while still delivering the same direct hit oomph. The knockbacks will be missed by those who liked the combo but despite feeling rewarding and looking cool it's inconsistent as fuck. Knockbacks are also disruptive, but isn't motherfucking damage even more disruptive?

Granted, I too think this buff is out left field and Pharah should've been buffed with mobility instead.

Elite Zen enemies in PvE would be frightening if there was an all-tank or tank-heavy game. They could design it so he sits 40 meters back which is too far for any tanks to take out without over-extending from their defense point.

Zen is one of the best Overwatch bots. A team of random bots with Zen will generally win over random bot teams without him. This is mainly because he can swap around his Harmony and Discord instantaneously. His DPS is also unrestrained, with the only issue being that he doesn't lead shots.

Anyone who mains anything is obnoxious in some way.
I have 100 hours on Reinhardt alone simply because I don't fucking trust my team to play him, that isn't to say that I can't aim as well as the 'dps mains' at my rank.
I don't think anyone who plays Reinhardt or Zarya can in good conscious say that the rest of their team doesn't matter, since those characters fundamentally rely on the team.
Either you're at a shit rank or you won't leave quick play, because the things you've said make zero fucking sense.
Of course there's always an irrational guy or two on your team, but to make them the representative of a demographic just to get your rocks off by bashing 'mains' is a shit thing to do.
