Stealth B and Zoltan A through C are my shipfus though. Sure, Bravais and Shrike are objectively superior, but getting a pre igniter in sector 1 or 2 in the stealth B is probably the most fun it's possible to have in FTL.

Divegrass news bulletin for anyone interested

VGL 7 signups are already open and /aceg/ will once again participate. Expect some new aesthetics (such as the brand new Stealth Helmets™, pic related) and a whole new home stadium! So far the only thing planned is the pitch (that Stonehenge ground I posted a few weeks ago) but I'll look into it to see what else can be done. We also need to name it, so I'd like to hear some suggestions (Stonehenge Arena?). Other than that, expect news soon, with the draw on Nov. 28th.

As for the previous Cup, the Autumn Babby Cup draw happened yesterday and /vg/ will debut on its rough group next week, oct. 28th around 4:30 pm EST. This will be your chance to see our representative 30 Tickets defending the board against /sp/, /biz/ and /tg/.

Another thought, but what if planes exploded in different ways to add variety? Sometimes maybe they explode in a giant huge fireball. Maybe other times they have a small explosion but the wreck just spins on fire and eventually explodes again later. Stuff like that.

here, let me explain this to you guys since you seem to just be ignorant, not malicious.

when you're not white there aren't a lot of role models or even just anyone you identify with. Anyone that ends up being your race is something neat that lets you have that sort of connection with them.

Think of it this way: imagine every character in every game ever, every movie ever, everything is black. You're some white kid growing up and you see this shit everywhere, the hero is always black, his girl is black, his buddies are black. Sure maybe there's that token Asian or something but there are almost never any white dudes.

And then the arcade plane game you like comes out with a new entry in the series and you find out one of the supporting characters is white. It's someone you can actually identify with and its the first time you've seen a white guy represented in that kind of game even though you know there are tons of white guys that love cheesy flying games.

Does this make some more sense now? You're not being oppressed and this isn't political correctness gone mad, it's just an attempt to make the makeup of the in game characters a bit more realistic compared with real life, especially considering the in game canon supports it.

The protag in particular has literally never been identified. I'm down for some fun as fuck squadmates from all over, but the protag... you self-insert as the protag. There aren't many AC games that show the protag either. So sure, in other series that'd be great, but in AC's case it would actually harm the "hey you! Self insert as our nameless faceless protagonist!" that the games like so much. If anything, making the game refer to you in more gender-neutral terms would be good too.

As for the stadium, I'll make a poll soon with the names suggested. We're listed with November International for the time being, but it can be changed. However, there are two things - there won't be just Stonehenge elements in the stadium, so we could use that "greater belka" name if everyone is ok with it. Also, if you think this pitch is too weird we can try makin the November stadium with some AC elements and the crash in the middle.

Unfortunately we only have a single slot available. I believe the regular stadium would look fine because it's easier to just change the pitch and adding complex elements such as the turrets is way beyond my skill and time. Most teams will do this desu. And i've picked a stadium with a good view of the sky (pic related) to add the falling SOLG. The Stonehenge pitch would be more unique though, but I'm struggling with the picture editing. If someone can provide a good version of Chopper's crash site it would help a lot.

How the fuck do I unlock amiibo planes for the 3ds game?

I have the plus version, and I'm playing on a new 3ds, but the amiibo option is not showing up on the main menu like I saw online.
