GBI stands for Guard Break Inmunity, as in, inmunity to attacks that can knock you out from your own attacks. This is one of the most necessary resists for modes like WB, Timeline and SL due to how annoying characters like Thanos, Proximass, Sharog and others can get.

Also, technically there are other 2 Iso attack sets, being Overdrive and I don't remember the other one, but he's sorta wrong, the PoAH set is good for Elsa.

I might say to go for the 6* ticket, but the problem with that is you still have to get your characters to 5* first, meaning in your case since you're not getting 5 SL yet you're only really going to be able to use it on farmable characters for the forseeable future. I say get the T2 ticket and save it for use on, say, Iron Fist.

Unless you're using it on a hard paywall character or one of the A-force characters, the limiter for T2s is almost always going to be CNS. ESPECIALLY if you don't even have enough 6*s to run WBs or get at least, like, 25 wins a week. The 150 bios is a smaller portion of that cost by comparison.

What am I doing wrong with the fist then?

The skill % doesn't seem to increase, even for his 5*, only the number following it (which my understanding means fuck all in actual damage). The only way I can get him doing something is by using the old school meme comp for WB - WW/daisy/fist but that's just for WB (I don't really need it there anymore, easy 5 wins with or without him now). He can't even solo the first floor (speed relay where combats are the ones to use) of SL. I got his final gear going to +20 but as it stands with what he's showing me so far I just can't justify a T2 on a character that's such a sheer disappointment at T1, I would hate myself if he ended up being some waste of 1000 CNS.

Your understanding is half-correct, but damage is damage, and nearly all of his damage comes from this skill. Max it.

Soloing the first SL floor is tough without chaining CC properly and getting both targets with the dragon consistently.

Guaranteed Dodge is the single most broken stat in the game. If you T2 him and cap his dodge (not tough since he's got a big dodge buff already) he will become the toughest motherfucker ever in addition to gaining a ton of damage from the all crit rate and the T2 stat boosts. You will not regret it.

you need to get close to the enemies, the big damage from his 5* comes from the wind-up of his skills, it has 3 hits with the same damage multiplier

I'm able to solo any speed floor with him until Floor 10

I can't actually remember the last time I used exp chips at all desu. If 1000 is all it takes to hit level 60 though, I have about 3600 of them ready. I find that during hot time, special mission level 6 gives a buttload of exp though so exp has never been much of a concern.

The assumption is that all 8 will be farmable. Strange, Mordo, TAO, and Wong through the "Sanctum Sanctorum" Epic Quest line, and Clea, Satana, Daimon, and Kaecilius through the "Dark Dimension" Epic Quest line.

But from the sounds of it, Epic Quests are probably going to be some super-endgame version of storymode, and I wouldn't be surprised if they pulled some "they're farmable through epic quests, but you can't use selectors on them". We'll see.

King of the Hill, T2 BO, and Hard Mode AB are probably this update's whale-sinks, so the characters being readily farmable could happen.

BO passives and hard mode ab aren't just for whales, I haven't spent more than a couple stark stashes and bio subs but I can clear everyday of ab with relative ease and I recently finished getting super giant to 6/6/60. Both hard mode ab and BO passives help everyone that can clear ab and/or have at least one BO so it's not just whales getting all the good stuff, and if anything hard mode helps f2p more than whales since they'll get more gold for BO or whatever. My only hope is that hard mode ab has like double the rewards of regular ab or that we are able to play both regular and hard everyday
