She's good at killing his turrets, but a lot of other characters can do the same, if not better, she really needs to know where they are or see them before they see her.

If Turrets see her first, she often will die before she can kill it.

Even if she's got the edge, she'll usually take a good deal of damage before it's dead.
And this assumes Torb isn't just making another one or repairing it around the corner.

And Torb is more than capable of just shooting her down fairly easily.

It's a 6/4 match up, yeah, Pharahs got an edge but not an overwhelming one by any means.
