His co-op consists on him giving speeches out there while MC is also there to support him (mostly holding signs and shit). You have a couple of detractors that always show up to talk shit during his speeches and you usually interfere. There's some other shit in the middle with former partners of his and whatnot.

IIRC, at the end we get to know that he wasn't really fully responsible for the shit that happened in the past but he knows he still needs to clean his image. He also figures out that you're the phantom thief but he still fully trusts you and decides that you no longer need to help him. The public starts liking the guy too

I didn't do this one myself; I watched a translated stream and it seemed to be really well written

It's a game where one of the main mechanics is recognizing voices due to people from the bar showing up in the nightmares, and Yuri Lowenthal voices FOUR characters, despite not changing his voice even remotely for anyone, meaning anyone who just so happens to recognize his voice is going to get a warped representation of the story if they start to piece things together.
It's also poorly cast, whoever the fuck chose Troy Baker to voice Vincent should be shot. His character is intended to sound like a bumbling moron with no social skills who completely loses himself under any pressure, and somehow ended up with Katherine out of luck, meaning the fear of losing her intimidates him because he'll never find anyone else, and the Japanese voice embodies all of this, while Troy Baker sounds like an incredibly staunch dude who is barely phased and very occasionally gets a little aggravated. It's awful casting and voice direction, and Katherine is even worse. She's meant to sound like a controlling older woman who while she looks attractive is very calculated and has Vincent wrapped around her finger, and her Japanese voice (surprise surprise) embodies this once again, while her English VA sounds like a whiny girl in her 20s who could give less of a shit about anything Vincent is getting up to. This just results in a huge discrepancy between the script and the voices, and misrepresents the characters and original direction entirely.
There's a plethora of other issues with the game like the awful mismatching of the lengths of dialogue clips, resulting in cutscenes having dialogue overlapping with the next line because Atlus USA are incompetent.
Catherine's dub is far from good, and the problem is only exacerbated by Atlus being cheap fucks and leaving out the original track anyway.
