Old thread >>157644175

Currently on my first play-through with a buddy. After getting some decent level gear we decided to move our house and make a comfy winter home & bunker/hotel.
>>157826193
I like the tree.
>>157826405
Yeah it's a bit miss-matched since I don't know what I could get at this point, I think it makes it more home-y which is kinda what I'm going for.
The tree looks awesome in a whiteout.
Can anybody tell me what armor / dye combo this fine fellow is using?
Also 4th for Dryad best waifu.
>>157827440
You again? You could have figured it out yourself by now if you had actually done your homework.
>>157827542
I made a completely different outfit for my character, and I think I might have brain problems, because every combination I tried didn't seem to want to work.
>>157827440
>>157827581
Maybe that person is using some mods. There are no boots in the game that have that design.
>>157826193
Looks nice, but i would make it a littl less blocky
>>157833154
>looks nice
Anon, please.
>Butchers Chainsaw will always be outclassed by fetish bananas
>>157843526
Well, the fetid bananas are the indirect upgrade to the arkhalis.
page 10 and it's not even been 12 posts

Where'd this come from then?

Thorium, a mandatory mod
>>157874932
Oh, right.
Thorium.
Pass. Fuck bloat mods. I was so hype for Spirit Mod before it started turning into a bloat mod. I swear to fuck, content mods only add either five pieces of really dumb or overpowered gear, or 500 billion bullshits of bloat, when all I want is a mod that adds a small handful of new content to some of the more barebones areas, instead of adding 50 new bosses after the final boss and 900 lasers of instakilling.
I'll stick to gameplay mods, thanks.

>content mods only add either five pieces of really dumb or overpowered gear, or 500 billion bullshits of bloat
I've never had to deal with this
>a mod that adds a small handful of new content to some of the more barebones areas
There's plenty
I feel like all the autists against mods have never actually used a mod before
>>157878353
I've scrolled through most of the list and checked out all the interesting looking ones. There's literally no small or medium size content mods that are decently balanced.
The only mod with a handful of new items that don't completely break the game that I know of is Prefixes for Enemies.
>Smart cursor turns you into a superfast human drill when mining
>>157880924
turns you into a retard when placing blocks though
>>157881916
well I was going on a chase for chlorophyte and so that required using spelunker and then mining straight through the underground jungle to wherever chlorophyte was. was drilling straight towards ore like gravity didn't even exist.
pretty fucking effective at doing that. pretty ass at anything else tho ye.
>>157881916
I recently spent some time and effort figuring out how that worked. The whole point of it is to fill in space by looking at the blocks around the mouse as a sort of marker.
Like, set up a 4 or 5 high tower, then hold the mouse slightly higher than the tower, while standing on it, and smart cursor to the right with some blocks. Fills that shit in nice and tidy.
>>157882159
It's good at placing walls.
It's good at removing walls.
It's good at placing acorns.
It's good at placing torches at an optimum distance from each other.
It's good for filling in space with blocks.
It's good for chopping trees.
>>157826193
>No firing ports in the walls
>No main entrance with fallback positions
>No Sally Port
>No redundant armoring
>No moat
>No guard tower
Looks comfy though.
