Champion concept: X, the Sharpshooter

Passive: Loaded Guns
Randomly summons two guns every 8/4/2 seconds, with the cooldown decreasing at levels 1/6/11. The guns last for 4/2/1 seconds and fire three non-targeted shots that are not projectiles. Each of the shots deals 10 + (5 x level) + 10% AP damage, for a total of 30 + (15 x level) + 30% AP magic damage.

Q: Napalm Bombs (40 mana - 10s)
Fires three separate bombs that each deals 100/130/160/190/220 + 30% AP magic damage in a small area. The bomb damage can stack if the areas overlap, but each additional bomb only does one-third of the damage of the first bomb, for a maximum of 167/217/267/317/367 + 50% AP.

W: Flamethrower (60 mana - 14/12/10/8/6s)
X stands in place and points his flamethrower in a straight line, dealing 150/170/190/210/230 + 40% AP magic damage.

E: Lock-On (40 mana - 10/8/6/4/2s)
X locks his guns onto his target, causing them to fire in the direction of his target. This resets the guns' attack as well as their expiration timer, allowing X to have up to four guns at a time.

R: Super Vulcan Cannon (100 mana - 180/120/60s)
X prepares his guns to fire a barrage of 12 bullets over 6/4/2 seconds that each deal 10/20/30 + 10% AP magic damage, for a total of 120/240/360 + 120% AP magic damage. The shots have infinite range and fire in a straight line, but can be repositioned after each shot. Just like X's Loaded Guns, the shots fired from his Super Vulcan Cannon do not use projectiles. Once Super Vulcan Cannon has started, it cannot be stopped voluntarily.

Zed was hovered a few times and is literally the ONLY assassin still viable (But not even that great). But picking Zed when he's mediocre is like picking a clock. You got 30-35 minutes to win the game otherwise late-game hits and you turned it into a 4v5.

Pro-teams almost never pick stuff that falls off that cannot build tank late-game.

Yeah Zed in lane is frustrating to fight but shitters need to literally understand WHY he has to be able to 100-0 you in a 1v1 scenario.
