yeah I fixed up all the /suff/tox/burn/brute damage of the people who lived long enough for me to treat them, however some of their organs had brute damage (most I ever saw was a liver with 30) and I was told without trauma kits we couldn't do much about fixing that damage. I pumped one person up with bicard in the sleeper but it didn't seem to have much of an effect on the low lung damage.

It has a chance to fail which does either toxin damage or suffocation damage based on my own experiences (failing to heal lungs or heart gives suffocation, failing to heal liver or kidneys give toxins, or maybe I'm just wrong), but gauze and replacing organs are the only ways if you don't get that sweet sweet trauma kit.
