I think Streetmeat huffs at specific health intervals so the really high incoming damage forces a huff, and Ana blocks it with biotic grenade and he drops really fast.

MASSIVE hitbox deflect, hard counters half the ults in the game and also makes you immune to all melee damage from the front.
MULTI-TARGET damage swift strike with massive damage hitbox, reset on ANY elimination. Even a braindead player can ride his team and spam M2 and swift strike back and forth through an enemy team.
Over 300 dps by smashing spacebar and aiming down at heads
Double jump hitbox, speed, momentum, McCree is supposed to be a "counter" and Genji is the target McCree is the LEAST effective against.

He's busted. He's sickeningly overpowered. He's "countered' because he sometimes can't 1v3 anymore when there are double heals, a discord, or a winston, and must use his (free) hyper mobility retreat from those situations and actually rely on team work, sniping away with M1 to easy farm his ult up where's he's virtually guaranteed a minimum of 2 kills on value targets.

Thankfully Korean Genji's are going to bust this wide open as they continue to single-handily demolish pro NA and euro teams, and the weeb blizzfucks are forced to answer for Genji amidst mounting hate.

now I know people cry about aimbots all the time and I got vote kicked from tf2 servers many times because I hit too many headshots and some kid got pissed but this was real. kill cam shows him missing half his bodyshots, then snapping to my head and perfectly tracing it.

Are there any of the voice commands I can use as Mercy to make my team (of randoms in solo q comp) work more closely together or at least defend me while I heal? I don't always have a mic, I try using "Group up with me!" to get stragglers to fall back with the team and I use "I need healing!" when I'm dying and need help. I'm not sure how much they're helping.

I'd say a change to her ulti is what's needed.
Currently if you're caught anywhere deeper then the outer range, you can't escape.

That would make it easier to catch people in the ulti and require more positioning to get them completely frozen. With a little tuning to range, time and speed and I think she'll be fine. Her ultimate charges rather fast and highly annoying.
The rest of her is ok, you shouldn't engage a fight with her 1v1.
