As someone who races a lot, I've been beating Drags pretty consistantly with my Bati. Think I've lost to 2, maybe 3? I've even had guys yelling that I'm a cheater and shit because they couldn't keep up with the glide and wheelie combo. I guess I should say it's been all Stunt Races, so there are a lot of chances to get air or wheelie. I'm just saying don't write the race off as a loss when you see some dude on a Drag.

i recently reinstalled gta v, i used to play online and it ran very well, no lag/text bop and dc'ed me into a private lobby only a few times.
However, when i go into gtao, i start alone in the lobby, have terrible stuttering/texture bop and shit is unplayable.

I've tried reinstalling drivers, defragmentating my HDD, fooling around settings, nothing works. None of my specs bottleneck, as i said, it used to play smooth before i uninstalled it.

How is he gonna ghost you while he's in his hydra? You have to kill him 3 times within a short period of time for him to ghost you which means you'd have to kill him those 3 times and then he'd have to go and get a hydra then come back and start killing your org while ghosted to you. By the time he grabs the hydra and comes back his ghosted time will most likely be up.

Not necessarily. What if I'm killing the guy at sandy shores to prevent him from getting a hydra, and they he ghosts me and immediately hops in the hydra I was preventing him from acquiring? Proceeds to b-line straight for a shipment in the fastest vehicle in the game? Even if I follow right behind him he'll kill the shipment before I can stop him.

It's just a cheesy, dumb feature that shouldn't be there considering the range of competitive freeroam events that are now available.

Cars already get filthy just from driving around for 60 seconds, that would be annoying as fuck to have to take all your cars out to one of the two carwashes in the game only to have it dirty by the time you get it back. Not to mention how half the time they are delivered to you already dirty. The only time I have a clean car anymore is when I drive it fresh out the garage as it is.

I've put at least 20 hours into this game and still don't have all the car unlocks. Having to win these shitty races is really a turn off.
