Zangief sucks, but he also had some crutches.
His standing jab is stupid good as an anti air, and Alex's isn't as good, so I found out i suck at that.

I liked Rising Thunder, particularly the characters.
Dauntless, Talos, and Vlad were brutes with actual fun personalities, and I liked how everyone spoke their own language.
Was also nice to see a new robot fighter that wasn't Virtual-On/Gundam style.
Sure, gameplay was SF4 Lite, but since it was free, I was using it to introduce some friends to the genre.
I wouldn't have minded seeing that IP grow, but now it'll just be turned into a Riot spinoff series.

There's nothing in long anime combos.
That 10 second pause was the most heart attack inducing tension ever experienced in a fighting game. When 2 people read each other so thoroughly that they refuse to press buttons for 10 seconds, the tension and anxiety are palpable to the audience. It's like being in free fall for the entirety of ten seconds.
There's no hype in anime combos. I hit you? I get to convert into a 30 second combo while the audience has to wait for the same BNB to end.
Anime games have no tension. It's all about mashing buttons and one person winning when the dust has settled.

Well maybe they can do that. I usually hate Extends since that's the time I agree when Arcsystems is just being full jew. Chrono Phantasma Extend was just complete bullshit. However I might make an exception in this case. Since Daisuke wanted 3 games for Xrd to finish Sol's story I think it's clear there is no way they would be able to get every veteran back by the very next game. Since Daisuke wanted to bring everyone back at some point, the thought of a Revelator #Reload or whatever does seem more likely in my mind. However it does have to add at least 3 characters. None of this 2 characters, but in reality one since we just used an old character's sprite that's on in the game anymore and changed how she played a little. I.E. CP Extend. So I'll keep my eye out cause I'll be the first one to call BS if I see it with this even though I love Guilty Gear.

CSII was DLC. CSE was a separate release because they added a bunch of shit for the portable version because CT had never been released on that platform then backported it to console. CPE was a bit more bullshit but that was also related to it being upgraded and ported to Vita and PS4.
In the case of Xrd, they didn't port Sign to Vita, Revelator has a simpler story mode (so nothing like adding stuff because a character is made playable), and they've added fairly big things in patches. 99% of the time against a good player, reversal throws will not work.
To do a tick throw, you need to learn how to run brake (which takes a little bit of practice.) Basically to run brake, you FD right before you throw them then immediately throw. So if they hit a button you block and if they dont they get thrown.
This takes a bit of practice but i personally think one of the most important parts of offense, good luck.

One thing you should know is that when she does her double dash/teleports she has to commit to the double dash, she cant cancel into another one after the first one is over, it has to be cancelled. You can only punish the recovery frames of consecutive ground dashes. During blockstrings you need to look at what elements she is using: 2 fire, 1 water is Kunzite, so as soon as you know she has it stocked start predicting the overhead because a lot of Nine players will go into Kunzite very soon after they stock it because they either want to open you up ASAP or they cant continue to apply pressure while retaining the 2 fire, 1 water combination in their strings.

Arakune is weak without curse but once he curses you he can destroy you. Watch the grand finals of the recent CEOtaku to see what I mean. I can't think of any cS with throw invul or anything, you can only go for cS on players who already know the risks of mashing wakeup throw. Sounds to me that you're just being too slow with the 4/6hs, just try mashing it then. Be aware that mashing wakeup throw is not a good idea against decent players.
For ground throws you can easily try basic tick throws like 5p 6/4h or 2p 2p 66 4h and also be ready to throw whenever they land near you.
Air throws require actual good reflexes, OS, predicting the opponent jump/air dash or a set up, and the only way to learn to air throw is to actually go for them during matches.

Spent some in training to deal damage whenever you get situations. Doesn't have to be 200+ damage trainingboar combos, save those for later and focuson basic bnbs. Spacing and buttons is good too.
Ask advice and\or search if there's any youtube stuff about your main.
Focus on simple things. Average Turbosol runs on a flowchart that puts SF Kens to shame.

Sorry to hear that, the only people who do that is literal low level fags who think they are hot for shit for mashing Riot Stomp and Bandit Bringer with Sol until they fight anyone who can 6P and block wake up DPs. I mostly just play at locals so i'm not up to date with all the discord shit, but i've heard there are multiple discord groups and there's also dustloop/leddit/facebook so don't limit yourself to just one group. Neutral in GG is deceptive, being able to score a hit here and there is irrelevant if you can't convert it into a combo and knockdown. It's more of an advanced thing but that's what makes good players scary, any random hit will convert into kd most of the time if they have meter.
If you're being overwhelmed on defense just hold downback and FD until they are away from you and then jump out of corner/try to poke back.

Execution is not an issue with I-no, her shitty normals, lack of defensive options and unique dash are.

Well, first of all - he's clearly better than you and knows what he's doing. You have to crouch block on wake ups, don't press anything unless you're 100% sure you can reversal dp or blitz. Respect his projectile oki and just FD. As Jam you have to jump more, Ky will harass you with his long f.S on the ground.
You just need more practice right now, you're not yet really comfortable with Jam's moveset and blockstrings.

You need to mash way less. Seriously. Way less card summons mid normal strings. Mashing hurts Jam even more because you get random cards instead of specials. Learn a couple normal bnbs like PKSH > 2D or pretty much anything into 2D. When you get a knockdown don't run at their face, you need to space your oki so you don't get thrown. I have no clue about Jam specific stuff so you need to check what Jam is supposed to do on oki. Don't start with FD when you wake up, first wake up with backdown and then press FD after they start hitting you, once they are far away, jump and try to run away back to neutral.
In general when someone is dashing at you you can't just sit in place, you need to react. Counterpoke or backdash or jump.
Like GG isn't as much about combos as BB is but you still need to know basic stuff to get damage in, you should reconsider your character because Jam isn't very straightforward and she's also pretty mediocre.
You just need to make a more of a conscious effort at doing stuff instead of doing random things. I know it's pretty difficult because I was there at one point but just doing stuff won't get you anywhere in long run.

Leo was the same when I tried him, something bout the move set of "hold" and then execute just I can't do. Sol is an option I guess but I really just don't like him aesthetically. I'm not a Jam player so i can't help you with specifics but basically your entire gameplan right now consists in mashing Jam's specials backing off and charging more cards to mash more specials, that's going to get you nowhere. First of all you need to think of an actual gameplan that works, how to get in, HOW TO STAY IN (you have literally no pressure), changing bad habits isn't easy but you can do it.
This isn't BB, don't get close to mash 2P on wakeup because you're going to lose 90% of the time, you can bait for throws instead, like getting close so they mash wakeup throw and then FD jump and punish them.

You dont need to grind out epic combos in training mode all day, honestly you just need a simple bnb and oki setup if you understand the games mechanics and the neutral. Training mode doesnt do shit because every guilty gear character is completely unique, which means matchup knowledge is more important then in any other fighting game. Playstyles and the types of normals and setups you use completely change with every matchup and if you spend all day in training mode you wont ever get good (for my first month of the game i only played in training mode and literally couldnt even come close to winning, then i started to netplay a shit ton and got better so much quicker.)
