I was under the impression that kusoge meant an objectively poor game with serious flaws but still has charm and a loyal following. That's how the japanese treat it anyway, they have entire communities of different genres of kusoge. Like marvel.

I love DD but the only thing they really did right was the pawn system. I enjoy the hell out of the combat system but compared to something like god hand or dmc it's somewhat lacking on the action side. At least it didn't have an easily abusable evade move that instantly cancels your animations like NieR did I suppose.

nemo put his all into marvel only to get blown up.

The one thing in Guilty Gear that really buggers me is chaining into lighter attacks during air combos. It makes combos way harder to ID when watching than in BlazBlue (which also has more distinct sound effects for attack strength), doesn't follow the logic of ground chains, and can sometimes make the timing really fucked up. It's fine that it's in the game but shit's weird.

I don't understand why the stages haven't been polished yet. I thought they would fix the ugly stages pretty quickly after launch. But they remain low-res nightmares with poor lightning. The models look so much better. It's such a waste seeing good models go to waste because the stages have flat lightning that makes it look jarring. They should've had less stages that looked better. Cut Brazil and Waterfall Day completely. Night Waterfall looks pretty enough. And Night Hangar looks decent compared to what a visual mess the stage is during day time. So flat and boring. And the stupid comic relief characters.

If you know how to play the game she's not that hard at a low-mid level. If you're learning the game then it's pretty much impossible. What I did was learn how to play the game and it's mechanics with a beginner character (jack-o for me) before I went to millia. Why is transitioning to other games so difficult? I wasn't great in SFIV, but I got plenty of wins online, at the very least, and the same for SFV, but I never won a KoF XIII or GGXX match. Is it just because I have fewer fellow new players to practice against in less popular games?

But this is true. It's much better and more technical than a fighting game. You need better execution and a more advanced controller. You can play fighting games on a controller that hasn't evolved past the 80s with digital inputs. For Smash, you need technology that's 20 years ahead of arcade sticks and uses analog movement, something fighting game players just aren't used to.
