Beowulf's NP is a shittier version of Herc's and his kit is almost the exact same. Herc can do far more than 20K if he crits, and you're still using Lancelot in his ideal setup which is incredibly hard to pull together, and it's still fragile even then. A servant's worth isn't in how well it can clear hands.

Lancelot Saber is actually a really good unit, memes aside. He gets most of his damage in a quick burst, but he can reach NP quickly and crit pretty well. He fits into an arts/crit/NP spam shell with ease and can perform well on his own. His main weakness is that he isn't a team player. I'd say he's in a similar level as Kintoki Rider.

That's because Mashu, while really good, doesn't buff the team or help others reach NP as quickly as Waver. Just about any team that Waver is popped into will do well or even be improved, but putting Mashu in the front is usually a bad idea. She's better as a unit that you swap in to tank hits. She'll charge her NP fast with the NP gain buff from her taunt and, combining her NP and first skill, turn a lot of damage into zeroes. This doesn't further your own plan at all though, it just slows your enemy.

You may be able to take Scat+Cu and Siegfried. Maybe also the Hassans with a Da Vinci support, depending on your lineup.

With Scat+Cu, you want some dodge-piercing NPs or CEs since they tend to take turns dodging. Okita is a good support choice. Try to lower their HP enough to kill them in the same turn, otherwise the survivor casts insta-kill on your front line and starts critting hard. (If you can't quite kill both at once, have a final servant with a dodge-piercing NP/CE/etc. that you can insta-charge with a Command Spell for the finishing blow.)

Siegfried ONLY takes damage from BBB chains (not necessarily from same servant). The fight usually boils down to a support Cu Alter (or Herc) doing BBBs for most of Siegfried's health while trying to survive a few more turns. NPs don't damage him, so the support doesn't need to be your friend, although it helps keep them in your list for retries. I used the default Chaldea master uniform.

Have two single-target archers in the first row, along with a 3-arts-card Servant to help charge their NPs during the first two stages. (David is a good option for this.) Use their NPs to kill Siegfried's wingmen in one turn. Then let his NP wipe out your front row. Your back row should all be Servants with 3 buster cards and hopefully some dodge/guts skills/CEs to buy a bit of time. Only buster chains do damage. Don't bother with NP unless it's to get 3 busters. Bring a Cu Alter support with leveled skills; it doesn't need to be a friend's since you aren't using NP. Alternatively, people say Hercules with his max-bond CE can last enough turns to solo Siegfried. In that case, just have the Herc in your fourth slot, with no fifth or six Servants.

The Nero Bride CE doesn't seem to increase damage by much (YMMV), but the Guts effect helps keep your buster team alive longer and taking hits for your support Cu.

Arash's NP is crazy strong. A Grail Ascended Arash is considered a top tier Archer, and his NP can do 70k damage to all enemies when said enemies are Lancers. Even without GA, not a lot of Servants can outpace his DPS.

Do his strengthening and pair him up with someone like Iri who can spam guts for him and he can pump out an incredible amount of DPS.

For the 40 Hassans, most are grunts who cast defense debuff upon death, but there are 4 important ones who cast insta-kill on their killer. Cursed arm, Hundred-faces, Serenity, and Cursed arm again. (The last guy casts instakill on your party, so you want either someone with active guts there, or some backline servants still in reserve.)

Support Da Vinci has a guts skill that lets her come back from instakill when she kills a named Hassan. (Then you need to let the skill recharge before she kills the next one.) Her HP will be low though, and it takes a few turns for her regen skill to bring it back up a bit. The default Chaldea master uniform's heal and dodge can help in a pinch.

For your own servants, pick ones that can survive long battles with dodge/invuln/guts and maybe heal/protect Da Vinci. Caster Marie is great with her third skill and type advantage, but I assume you don't have her (leveled). Mashu's defensive skills/NP can help. Lancer Cu's dodge and guts should help.
