Its not really that bad nor is it regular. The last hurricane that really fucked this place up was Andrew back in 92'.

Also they started to reinforce houses really well now so its a lot harder to have property damage. Also it depends on where you live. I don't live in a flood zone and have a nice house so I don't need to worry about anything that isn't Cat4 or above, which never happens anyways.

It's all situational and depends on your type of battling.
Default is the safest since it has attack up, healing and a dodge and it takes a lot less longer to level up to level 10 compared to the alternative outfits.
The Combat Uniform is great if you want to go into a battle balls deep and quickly. Attack up on all, an insta-stun, and exchanging servants all say to attack hard and fast. Even though the attack buff isn't as strong as the default's skill, it's spread on everyone which is great for NP spams.
The Mage Uniform is another safe suit but focuses more on changing the tides slowly. Health on everyone, 20% NP build-up on one person, and a reshuffling on your cards. These help focus on keeping everyone alive while also making sure you don't get screwed over by your 5 cards and need to swap.
The Atlas Uniform is more about staying alive than every other suit. Invincibility on one servant compared to a dodge keeps you safe from those insta-hit buffs an enemy might get, debuff removals, and cooldown on a servant's skills by 2 turns. The last one is most susceptible for support classes like Tamamo or Irisviel, people who use their skills constantly for the benefit of everyone else.

Personally, I like the battle suit. The insta-stun has saved me numerous times.

The Anniversary Blonde is a great mystic code to have if you have it. It's a buster damage up on one servant (which like >>156744606 said, it's great for Jeanne Alter or a berserker class like Heracles to use their BBC), critical stars based on your level, and a guts up for one turn. It's another all-around good suit that focuses on hitting hard and keeping at least one person alive during a hard-hitting NP. Not really recommended if you have Casters since they're more Arts focused and have some way of living.
The Royal Brand (Fate/Zero) code is a really quirky suit when you look at it. Quick damage up on one servant, Critical star absorption, and a sure-hit status. This is a great suit for Quick users like Jack or Okita or Scathach, since the Quick damage is welcoming and getting more crit stars absorbed into their anuses gives them even more power. Plus sure-hit is nice, especially when we had the Scathach/Cu exhibition match recently using their dodges. Fuck you Piccolo!
And finally the Brilliant Summer code, the swimsuit. In a way, it's like the Royal Brand but it's more useful because of the last skill. It's a Quick damage up for the whole party, a sure-piercing ability (much like the sure-hit, but says fuck you to people putting up shields), and a healing ability that also gives 10% NP charge. I love the last skill since it covers the Mage suit with partial NP charging and the default suit with its full healing.

Personally ranking, my own opinion, I list the codes as such as most useful for my choices to least useful. Again, every suit is situational, but these are the orders I use mine.
Combat Uniform > Default Uniform > Anniversary Blonde > Brilliant Summer > Mage Uniform > Atlas Uniform > Royal Brand

With the "shuffle" command it just goes to the next turn down.
If you use it the first turn you have a 50/50 chance of a good hand or meh hand depending on that hand

If you use it on your second turn you will know for a fact what the cards will be if you remember your first hand. This a fail-safe and no risk of getting a bad hand


If you use it on your third turn you get the 4th hand which is a complete reshuffle and you have no idea what you will get.

TL;DR Best turns to use "shuffle on are turns 2,5,8,11,etc if you pay attention to the hand prior to it

I not only limit broke the Mashu bond CE, but I also limit broke the previous Olga Marie CE as well. Grind a LOT on lottery events like this. Not only do you get mana from it, but there's also the silver exp AND the ones you get from all the literally thousands of rolls you get for the FP gacha. Don't forget to burn all the tons of 3* CE you get too. I've gotten thousands of mana prisms each lottery event.

And you usually get a couple hundred from each event themselves too.

Nakahara is the most boring artist in the game. Some are just worse, as in ugly art, but Nakahara has a knack for drawing competently yet doing the most astonishingly boring ascension changes ever.

Like that Servant who is standing with an expression of what can be described as "very mildly questioning what they are doing standing there", then gets the exact same thing for their second card but with a minuscule change in clothing, then an even less noticeable change in the third card, and a final art that is the Servant shifting pose ever so slightly while expressing some form of understated lukewarm emotion.
