Is there any way to make the A.I more interesting? Everyone in the class always seems too passive, it's so rare to get things like A.I asking for a date, forcing H / interaction like kissing, inviting you to his/her home etc.
It's still fun but i wish someone helps A.I get it's shit together.

As a side note, why is it that you get to say "No" to a classmate that's trying to force H onto you? kinda ruins the feel of it tbqh :^(

this might be obvious but you have to increase the tan opacity. Try making other tans work first and then modify one of them with the jewrunes to figure out how it's set up. I don't use tantoo myself(I pack tans manually) but I remember that you only had to make a folder with 1.bmp, 2.bmp and so on and tantoo recognizes it but mayeb there's more to it. Sorry I can't help with tantoo and manually is slightly more involved(basically you have to edit one .lst to assign the textures, check freckles' mega folder for the guide).

There's also one issue you have to be aware of: tantoo modifies listed texture density in the same .lst so they're not compatible with vanilla ones(he did it so that tans have higher quality), refer to the picrelated(vanilla values on the left, tantoo values on the right). If you ever get a glitch where the character is fully black - that's the cause of it.

Not really. Those instructions should apply universally. The only difference I know for sure is that with newer nvidia cards you cannot use 32x CSAA. The control panel option is 8x MSAA.

You can also enable 8x MSAA or 32x CSAA in the AA2 launcher under graphics configuration (it uses same method as is available in the control panel).
Setting AA under the AA2 launcher works for Intel Integrated as well, assuming it's powerful enough to do any.

You're right. Manly is also quite a good option. But I already gave Yasuka the manly personality and I haven't made any girls with AA1Quiet yet. In AAU you basically can keep the original six tans that come with the game and add different tans (tatoos, freckles, muscle, you name it) on a card by card basis, without even messing with your core AAU files.

No, in fact it's the exact opposite. With AAU, you have to set the tans on specific standalone files, the game will load the tan you set in-engine but the tans will be redirected to the AAU files in runtime so REGARDLESS of whatever tans the original user has installed, AAU tans will ALWAYS display.

So unlike Tantoo, it doesn't matter which slot you installed it in, it'll always display. With Tantoo you need to install it in the same slot as the card or change it manually.

I didn't, not technically. What I did was adjust the contrast difference in the body tan image until I got the desired result.

So instead of a black portion with the intended effect and a white effect being the base skin, I used deep grays and black instead so when it's set to 100% it'll be just a soft tan.

It's literally all of a single ZIP/RAR with all the files you need to tuck in override in one folder and the card in another.

It's presentable enough for end users IMO, the lack of a plug-and-play GUI'd only factor for those who want to make stuff themselves but you can learn it.

I literally got into this in July. SB3U still baffles me, but I could learn AAU fine.

AAU checks for exes in both folders, clings to the first that it finds (which will cause problems if multiple exes are running, later versions will make you pick the right one) and then figures out where it landed. A single folder installation shouldnt make a difference here.
It checks both the exes name as well as the file version, so unless illusion was too lazy to update the version number with each patch, it should complain about being thrown into an earlier version of the maker.
Assuming Illusion did do that and AAU injected itself, it should either work or crash the game pretty quickly. Not working and not destroying sounds unlikely. Anything showing up in the log file?

Not only 4chan, imgur and the dead db won't accept the AAU cards, either. And browsers can be finnicky whether they display or not.

(also, technically there is one set of override rules acting globally in the editor, so they apply at the preview window as well. Its just, it applies the rules from the window, which is empty at that point.

AA2Snowflake works with AAU just fine, I made >>156725990's snowflake using them both. Can't post because >4chan hates AAU cards. You just set everything up with AA2Snowflake and then open the editor with AAU and it just werks. Didn't try the "replace card face" feature though, maybe that actually borks AAU data.

That's good to hear, I thought it borked stuff. But AAU is pretty damn flexible with the other applications, anytime I change stuff with my cards all I need to do is replace the body via ReiEdit and it loads all the AAU code just fine. Some people were reticent on using it because they were afraid they'd lose stuff, but not only you don't it just works.

You can't be "friend zoned". If you do activities which raise friend points, you're never going to court her, but the second you start doing activites which raise love points it converts the friend points straight into love points.

Point total is always 30. If you have 30 friend points with the character, it's actually easier to court them than it is when you have 0 points eg a blank slate since you get a much better success rate on your actions based on the friend points.

I'm just trying out what Hackanon has on github. the camera position is fixed to the neck(the same spot camera moves to when you press Q) and faces where your char's head faces. There must be a way to let you adjust the direction while keeping the position and I'm looking into it but don't expect anything from me. I'm mostly just showing off that i have VS installed. Also would be neat to disable the head when you're in POV mode.

An anon in this thread told me to use AA2Unlimited but i can't seem to figure out what's wrong.
if i keep the .exe inside the AA2Unlimited it tells me it doesn't find any running edit or play clients
if i take it out it tells me it failed to inject .dll

I want it for the forced H interaction but i saw that it gives some thickness to girls so now i need this to work
