Don't assume that. You get exp even for matches lost. It's just time invested. All the heroes are pretty easy to get a hang of. A lot of the pro tricks you aren't gonna learn from playing, you gonna learn them from guide videos and watching pro plays. I'm 120 and even when I was 70 I've beaten over lvl 200+ dudes as easily as I was sometimes beaten by lvl 25 dudes.

No one has been complaining about the Mei picks since the buff. Junkrat picks are terrible because

1. Junkrat is a worse version of Pharah (Almost everything trashmouse can do, can be done better than pharah)
2. The lack of focus in his attack just end up feeding support ults, which is now one of the worst things that can happen, especially when the opposing team runs ana.
3. He's too easily countered, he does nothing against any skilled pharah, McCree/76 beat him on range, and anyone running Tracer is likely mobile enough to shut him down (hint: thats almost anyone running Tracer at SR2500+)

Junkrats somehow get carried to plat because his kit easy enough to win games against shitters who don't know better, but then drag down teams as his kit is completely shutdown.

Then surprise, surprise, they guy thats been running junkrat can't aim, nor has he put any time into any tank/support, so its becomes a 5v6. This has been forever tilting me since I dropped below 2750, lower plat is filled with junkrats who drag down the team. I'm ecstatic when I see one on the other team - then I can run Pharah in peace knowing no one will be able to aim well enough to hit me.

Both Symmetra and Bastion are worthless only in case their team sucks. Otherwise they're very good classes, despite being difficult to play: Bastion has one of the highest dmg output in the game, whereas Symmetra's ult can totally reverse the sorts of the match.
