I really want to like Bomb king, but holy shit he needs some buffs. Those sticky bombs practically have a negative blast radius, and they might as well disappear if you don't directly hit somebody.

Also, he needs some attention for bug fixing badly.

Depends entirely on what you're playing and what you're up against. A champion that relies on ability spam absolutely needs to rush the Chronos card, while a Skye on the other hand may focus on Nimble so she can get more out of her stealth.

There's also niche circumstances where the other team just goes all direct damage or something than EVERYONE should rush the direct damage reduction card.

The most useless card has got to be the one that reveals stealthed enemies. Only really good if your team is getting raped by a Skye.

Shock Pulse used to make your Primary Fire against targets hit by Shock Pulse arc to other targets affected by it. So if you hit a person with Shock Pulse and it bounced to 2 other people your primary fire would hit three people at once. This made Grohk very good at making people spread out and it made him counter Barik and Ying since the Shock Pulse could affect Turrets and Illusions.

His totem also used to have a shitty hitbox making it harder to destroy. Now you can easily destroy it before it does any significant healing.

His ultimate used to be way more stronger. His new ultimate feels like joke compared to the old one.

Underpowered. One of the hardest characters to play since her primary weapon was awkward to use, her bonus damage conditions were ridiculous to achieve, and her Illusion Swap was a hard skill to master since it could be so finnicky at times (Often you'd find yourself swapping with the wrong illusion/dimensional gem which would get you killed). Even if you knew how to maximize Ying's potential she still fell short compared to other easier to play Damage characters. She was good at playing mindgames with the enemy and a good Ying could wreck an enemy team but a lot of the time it felt her job as a damage dealer was done better by someone else. You were either good at Ying or basically dead weight to the team since she is not straight forward for inexperienced players at all.

Healing Pip became better when they changed Healing Potion from a healing over to time to an instant 1k Heal. It's even better now that they removed Enemies dropping health drops after they die.

I've had great success with the Healing build myself. Gift Giver IV makes you have insane self healing as long you can hit your allies with Healing Potion and you can lower its CD with Reload III/IV (Card that reduces Healing Potion CD per ally hit, not the Item) and Chronos to have good ally and self heal. I just wish more people who'd pick Pip would stop trying to play him as a damage character if they're the only Support on the team.

Solo-tank Ruckus almost never ends well, in my experience. I generally try to pick him as an off-tank for an extra big body on the point. He's not a tank so much as he is a very heavy DPS.

It's actually really close.

Explosive Flask (150) + 1 shot (600) + 30% extra damage on first shot after Explosive Flask (130) + second shot (600) is 1480 damage.

But, check this out, 5% of 1480 is 74.
So if you take aggression, you can potentially kill any champion if you can land right click and 2 basic attacks, which really isn't hard when they're slowed down by 50%.

this is my secret tactics for clearing objectives, you may use it.

This voice pack change is complete garbage, and hirez won't change it back because there's money to be made.

I use 2 builds depending on the team.

Heal build is great for teams that actually stay close, since the CD down card refreshes the CD to 0 if you hit your whole team, even at blue rank.
So it's a instant 2k heal on the objective.
Gift giver is also great at max rank, heals you for 120%.

The other build is the Flanker build, also known as the annoying fucking rat build.

Hybrid builds are ok too.

I always max the CD reduction card, goes down to only 4 seconds.

Because it lasts 2.5 seconds, that's only 1.5 seconds when enemies AREN'T slowed down.
