It makes sense though, right? If your lane partner caught and the enemy ADC is doing most of the damage (Or thinks they're doing most of the damage) then it only makes sense to start focusing down their damage dealer while they both focus down your support. If this doesn't result in a kill or going 1v1, it'll at least create lane pressure and make them back off and hopefullly save your partner's life.

Ah I got you. I run a tanker nami with next to no AP built. The armor and mr are great stats since I'll have about 3000~ hp by endgame. Active is self explanatory.

And AD is a super efficient stat so Occult is much harder to balance than Soulstealer. Losing stacks on occult isnt as bad as losing stacks on mejais which made it hard to balance without it just giving dogshit base stats (like it had before removal)

I think the max CDR i've ever had at level 1 was around 20-25%. I feel like the abundance of CDR is kind of fucking with the balance of the game. You used to have to sacrifice either HP or damage or something, but now near every item has some kind of CDR tacked on it.
