Now that Mahr is done, it comes to one of the last orders of business with muslims: qisas. If you are discovered murdering someone, a close relative can demand for you to be judged. To avoid some heavy CPU load, you can only call Qisas on your rivals.

I'm still in the beginning but the way I'm setting up it will start with the accused being called. For landed characters the judge will be the Caliph. If the realm has no Caliph, or if the accused is the Caliph, a random Chief Qadi will be taken from someone's court, probably giving preference to high learning or Fiqh Qadis. The accused also don't need to be in prison.
For all landless characters the judge is always a Qadi.

The event will mainly just tell the accused of what's happening, but if he has high diplo or learning he can try to convince the judge to let him go. If he is landless he will also have the option to run away from the realm.

Then the judge will decide if the accused is guilty or innocent. If he's found guilty, the victim's family can decide what they want: money or an execution. The accused then decides what to do: abdicate and run away, with a chance of being captured and killed and a mandatory payment from his heir to the victim's family, pay for his crimes (which implies death if they asked for death) or simply ignore the court's decision if he's a landed character. This will automatically make him a takfir, giving anyone in the realm a justification to imprison and execute him if they can, so if the top liege murdered someone he can face rebellions if he refuses to submit to justice and he can be then put to death by one of his vassals.

It wasn't THAT easy. For example I had to defend a portion of land against Soviet breakthrough with 20 divisions against 120. Although it was only possible because I was using GS planes and Soviets were holding all their fighters somewhere else with none of my planes in that region..

Then I flanked behind that 120 divisons with one motorized division and made them lose support and get encircled, then brought in a bigger army of 20 divs to finish them off.. They didn't try to attack the single fast division or try to open the support lines.
