NiP ran either 3x3 with an occasional swap out of Zenyatta for Winston, as normal.

Reunited mirrored that sometimes, but the majority of the time they had 3 tank, 2 support, and Tracer. Yes, Tracer, who should be VIP of the games. Reunited seemed to have found the linchpin of 3x3- Roadhog- they took to focusing out Roadhog first every time and that always spelled out success. For Numbani, Reunited went 2/2/2 with Tracer and Genji. NiP didn't stand a chance.

How to climb up plat to Diamond with Zarya?

Highest I've made it is 2770 (started at 2100), If I play offensively to make up for my teammates lack of damage I'll end up dying, If I focus on staying alive to always be there then theres not enough dmg.

What do, it seems like theres just not very many good DPS in this plat games.

I first mastered Zarya on defense anyway, she's a lot easier that way because I prefer playing defensively so obviously that fits well
Perhaps find heroes you like sticking by, for example I love having another tank nearby because it scares people the fuck away when there's a Roadhog who's getting bubbled and a charged Zarya waiting at a chokepoint

Try and not get outnumbered as well I guess, Zarya's three counters are another Zarya, Reaper and the other team having patience and ganging up on you
If you do feel like you're gonna need to retreat soon, save your bubble for an extra 200 HP if you need to escape
