While no skyfall is a debuff, it's much closer to a trade off. It lets you use skyfall buffs better and control your damage better at the expense of losing extra combos from combining multiple steps of cascade. It also eliminates the possibility of dumb luck saving you so you have to have skills to deal with those.

Those evos actually handle it very well. They all have increased bulk.

Kush on the other hand got fucked with a rake. Super shitty scaling, 1TE, no base bulk and her active is arguably worse.

You can make cascades, but the skyfalls don't happen until after. The side benefit of doing multiple levels of cascades is that when one level clears all the orbs slide down and you get another chance for skyfalls to match.
Doing this excessively adds more than an extra combo a round average statistically, but it's prohibitively hard for most people to do more than 2 levels while keeping the combos up.
So for most it's a very minute downside in exchange for the control.

If you couldn't make cascades at all she would be straight up dumpster.

He is already confirmed to be able to swipe through mechdragon rush which is almost always in coins, say you're farming something else and want the easy rank up to continue farming it, would you just stone or use ganesha to get there in less than half the stamina normally needed?

Unless you're over rank 800 he is extremely useful for such situations.

You could run STTD with him then finish out with like 50 stamina but 100k from rank, no longer a problem since mechdragon would give you like 130k exp for 25 stamina.

Enhance actives are the least interesting and shittiest kinds of actives. Skill inheritance really made them brutal and monsters that don't have the best enhances (gem princesses) are just pointless. These provide 3 turns so maybe they can compete with gem enhances since they last so long but stuff like Vritra results in him only being used as a sub for the awakenings.

You can definitely beat it, I would say the main problem your box has is lack of enhances to inherit. When you're playing arena you're either going for an enhance strat or a shield strat for Kali if it's not a team like Gremory who would just one shot Kali regardless.

Among your leads though you can beat it with Aluci, Lubu, A.artemis (with Balboa colead, need an enhance inherited on Vishnu most likely), Sarasvati (post recent buff especially), Izanagi (provides his own enhance and should be able to tank kali hit with latents), Myr (same) and if you were to roll him ACC is pretty great vs arena too, you already have Leilan and Antares, just throw a scarlet and inherit a shield somewhere.

I forgot to list Kaede too, your Kaede team can 100% beat it. Your box isn't bad at all I would say you just maybe need more +eggs or experience in arena floors. Once you know the ins and outs of each floor you know exactly what combo/strat to make to counter them. There's definitely more leads I could list that could beat it, it just gets less consistent as you go on.

Your best bet is probably FAL, Iza/myr or Kaede for now. I really like A.artemis vs arena too considering you have Kaede/Vishnu already the 36x with prongs deals with majority of the floors easy.

Well you 100% need an enhance inherit for her, but I think she's more consistent yeh. Balboa's active is deceivingly great for her since it lets you bypass fatass with no effort and emergency tank when needed.

Yomidra was the go-to arena farmer for a while and was 36/2.25, A.art is 2/36/2 without relying on 5 OE shit so she can just focus on prongs.

You don't really have a good board clear for her so you might have to use Kali? Lumiel works too actually.

You could try something like A.art (Lumiel), Kaede, Vishnu (GZL), Parvati (bind clear), michael. I really don't like inheriting lum on art though. Might take some experimenting since most builds I see of this use p.sonia, skuld inherit or b.meimei.

I finally caved and picked up an Nvidia shield for alt PAD, movies and games. Looks like I'll get it in time for this Godfest.

This multiplayer change was brilliant on part of PAD, it makes people spend more money on the game while making them feel like they're getting a big benefit (half stam dungeons).

Yeh I'm playing a shit team of her in EC right now just to see/test the damage, she'll need an enhance on Kali but her average damage spike is pretty good for 2 cross in a ~5 combo.

My ACC team can farm arena fine without a bind clear since the only problematic bind floor imo are the tamas but he's unbindable so I may have to shove one in somewhere for her team.

I am really really liking Urahara sub with Ronove though, since everyone else has haste I flood the board with greens every other turn.

Resolves wasn't ever an issue. There was tons of strats: gravities, poisons, shields, delays, etc.

Damage absorbs are the only real problem and sure no skyfall can definitely help but I still find the style questionable. I'd rank blob play higher than no skyfall
