Positioning solves the 'doesn't need healing issue. Unless your teammates fuck you by getting in the way. The Q cleanse didn't have a lasting effect like the current cleanse, just an instant removal of the current effect on them, so it would not work as your example describes. It was purely reactional and you had to account for travel time for travel time. Took skill to use well when needed but I can see how it was a bit OP on such a low cooldown. RIP herbal

Nah, not that much. In more coordinated games he can help just melt tanks by comboing them. They can't use any defensives while silenced and just lose 50%+ of their health when the rest of your team dumps on them. He can also flank the enemy backline to threaten and melt squishies there. He can also use charge to engage and 100-0 a lot of squishy enemy heroes. Makes him great for picking off lone heroes or diving backline to get at a weakened squishy.

I'm still not that great with him, but his skill ceiling seems very high.
