As someone who knows moon and reads the occasional VN on my PSP or Vita, I never cared much for cut sex scenes. It always just feels like last minute tacked on bullshit unless you're playing a game that focuses on the porn side of the game, in which case I wouldn't want to play on my Vita anyway.

Plus sometimes portable version have added content the PC version doesn't, like Renai 0 Kilometer which had 2 extra routes.

R4i Gold 3DS runs very well on 3DS, and last I checked was cheap as dirt. Can't do much outside of NDS games, but you have a 3DS, so extra features aren't really needed.

So I decided to hack my 11.0.0-33 N3DS using the DSiware system transfer exploit. Problem is, the 2DS I bought for the exploit won't arrive for several weeks. Vita is a handheld, you don't compare a handheld to a pc or home console. You would have a point if I was playing on PS4 but that's not the case. Besides, the game is pretty much designed as a handheld game with short missions to play in short bursts which is pretty fun to do on the vita. Also, the gpu overclockig actually fixes the fps, can't say about the shitty textures and the attrocious pop-ins.
