I can think of quite a few reasons why Roadhog wouldn't kill Junkrat.

If we imagine that Roadhog isn't as bad of a guy as we think he is, it could be that he sees Junkrat as a friend, or simply that he's a dedicated mercenary who will stay loyal to the one paying him.

If he's a remorseless psychopath, it might be that he simply enjoys travelling around and fucking shit up more enjoyable than having treasure.

If it's somewhere in between, maybe Roadhog doesn't know where the treasure is, or maybe it's something he can't take advantage of without Junkrat. It could also be something that isn't tangible, i.e. some kind of secret information that they both already know.

Against any non-retarded team, most of your damage will either be absorbed by Zarya (which is the worst case scenario) or their other tank, who can easily eat it and get healed to build their healer's ult. Junk's ult is also bad since any decent team will have a McCree or even a Reinhardt who can kill the tire easily. Getting gold damage on Junkrat just means that you can press left click, not that you were actually useful. Of course these are just generalizations, and on certain points he CAN be okay (such as Eichenwald A). It's just that most Junkrat players are people who want to DPS yet lack the aim to do so, so they pick him in EVERY game on EVERY map.

It's hard to tell over only 7 games. You are dying too much for a character with such mobility and regen. You should be hitting well above 50% acc if the enemy team has a Reinhard, and obviously less if you spend the game defending your supports from Tracer/Genji. Over enough games, 48%+ acc is generally considered good aim though it obviously depends on playstyle and such. Damage is fine and that's the most important thing.

Worst skins in the game:

-All basic soldier skins, what is up with that cartoony clothing and the huge numbers on the back. It's like they tried to make a soldier design but with a cartoony twist to fit the game and ended up creating pure shit. (Morrison is the only good soldier skin)

-Both soldier legendaries: the cod ones are boring and uninspired and the stuntman clown skins are outright the worst skins in the game

-Lucio frog skins: otherwise pretty decent but the helmet looks dumb

-McCree yellow skin: bad colors

-Zarya industrial and cybergoth skins: shit design

-All orange and white skins. Blizzard was retarded for thinking that they have to force orange and white just because it's in the overwatch logo. As a result three skins were ruined: young hanzo, one of the genji skins and one young ana skin.

-The entire bastion design. They probably wanted to make him look defensive and castle-like but instead he looks like a fucking box. Picrelated is how a combat robot is supposed to look like.

His shield is also proper size for several sections that are pretty narrow.
