Hopefully you're getting DE soon or already have it

Stay at 14km behind your babbies and pay attention to ships that have recently used DC. Having a good CV divved with you can help in this regard, as they can force damage control with their dive bombers. Then you hit em with 2 salvos or so and set some fires for easy damage.

Myoko used to be GOAT with 16.2km range but the range nerf really hurt her a lot. At the end of the day she still has the same guns and RoF as Ibuki so your damage potential is crazy, but you can get nuked really easily. I try not to annoy Fusos or New Mexicos because it's hard to evade 12 shells unless they're shit at aiming, however Colorado and Nagato are very easy to dodge unless they get super lucky. Hope this helps a bit anon.

Well, the issue is that Akatsuki is literally a slightly upgraded Fubuki and Yuugumo is a slightly upgraded Kagero, both of whom we've already seen in game, whereas Shiratsuyu is also basically a proto-Kagero in terms of armament. There's nothing stunningly unique about them, and we don't know what WG will do to make them unique from their predecessors.

Order also depends on what ship is closer, save for BBs, I figure I should try and avoid them if possible unless they are alone.

For cruisers, my priority is situationally CA=DD. If friendly battleships are nearby, I focus the DD. If the cruiser is going broadside, I AP them. The rest is just distance to target. Battleships are good to harass whenever you can't get decent shots on anything else. American cruisers lose their torpedoes so you'll want to keep your distance from them and focus more on angling at the BB than getting all your guns firing. You shouldn't often make it a point to hunt down carriers, but take the shots if they're there.

You got it right. Drop focus from cruisers in favor of destroyers whenever they appear into a reliable range for hits (about less than 10km).

While burning battleships is tempting because they're big, slow and easy to hit, you should focus ships that are easier to damage. Removing a cruiser entirely is more useful for the team than damaging a BB for 1/4th of its HP. And it gives you more XP, since XP is based off % HP.

My guess is that WG will be doing away with teams, and instead use the entire clan roster for clan teams. Battles will use the same format as TB's, and clans will fight each other to build up their own "naval bases", which will manufacture loot boxes for the entire clan. WG said they're going to introduce clans this year.
They did say there will be no Clan Wars this year though.
They keep saying non-responses about when Team Battles will come back.
They have stated they don't like how Team Battles turned out and want to change them a bit.

I'm just speculating the most obvious development, given that WoT's own team battles system is scarcely used, while WoT's strongholds/skirmishes are played quite a lot and replaced the Company Battles format. If they implemented clans with strongholds, it'd placate both the people wanting some kind of competitive-ish organized battle and the people wanting clan activities. It would probably lack a leaderboard, but most people wouldn't mind its absence if the mode was fun (like TB's were) and gave good rewards (unlike TBs).

Don't even try reasoning with these people. Wargaming probably brokered a deal to have their games be the official pastime at homes for the mentally disabled. I had an epicenter match a few hours ago in which two battleships were at max range and screaming about how our shitty destroyers weren't screening torpedoes for them. All our destroyers were in the center of the objective fighting for their lives and winning us the game. The average baBBy is beyond helping. Especially pathetic with the amazing survivability of the German line that I see squandered time after time by snipers.
