Remember what happens in HF for now

In the first three days Shirou concidentally finds Rider and Shinji in the park, when Shinji is forcing Rider to eat on people. Saber effortlessly beats gimped Rider this time around, Saber is disgusted by Shinji's treatment of Rider and tries to kill him, Zouken bails out Shinji, and Shirou takes the victim to Kotomine to be saved.

A day later Rider who is still in tatters over almost being cut in half drains Shirou in his sleep of mana, in order to regain her physical form. She doesn't want to pull mana from Sakura, so she feeds on Shirou a bit. Rider has independent action, so she can survive wounds like that for awhile longer than normal.

Rider wasn't dead in HF at this point, but she was going to die if Shinji kept trying to force her to fight. If she retreated into spirit form like Archer did she could survive this encounter.

Nah, she's far stronger. DEF, STR, MAG stats are all blasted through the roof compared to normal, and she's called far stronger than she was in life. Witchcraft has also proven itself to be very useful for raids, at max it's 100%. Now consider that she also gets more from leveling her skills than other servants since her NP reduces skill cooldown, her skills have fairly low cooldown at max. Her Transformation is probably the best just because she can use it more often than anyone else.

Hence why you bring in Tamamo with her level 10 third skill to power up Nursery Rhyme's NP and if you got a servant to get stars for you even better you'd make her first skill good and her third skill would be used to heal NR and bring her NP up. All and all those two servants have specific purposes but they really dropped the ball on Tamamo's first two skills. And in my opinion it's not worth my time and effort to bring those two up when they aren't even worth it. I guess I would level them up to six for the cool down but that's about it.

Jack plus NR works good for me. I haven't had any problem running with a Saber or whoever else I want. Dantes or Caster Liz also works when Jack isn't in my friend list.
I don't get what should be the problem with using that. The only fights I have needed to change that is against the Lion King, Gawain and the raids, everything else is not much of a problem.

Witchcraft has a lower cooldown than any other NP-drain skill, and Tamamo is more than capable of lowering the cooldown further.

Yeah, Dantes' might give you some crit stars or Vlad's might charge your NP, but they can't be used near as often.

And besides, skill ranks in this game are hugely arbitrary. We aren't likely to ever see another Servant with Animal Dialogue that isn't just another alternate version of Kintoki. Just like we'll never see someone with Angra Mainyu's Left and Right Fang Grinder.

I think Misaya wins out in large part because her dynamic with Cu is just much more entertaining than Ayaka's dynamic with Arthur.
