1, the guild is dying. ;_;
we lost an off-tank, she unsubbed and neronis who is our highest dps and raid leader wishes to unsub due to reasons i wont say but are very upsetting.
i mentioned just splitting up and people finding their own raids and everyone wanted to, nobody wants to stick together. we are actively seeking to replace a dps and a tank and might have to replace /wowg/ members with normal fags. people had asked me to in mumble, and i agree with it and it's a good idea.

as for the whole "muh circlejerk of raiders" that has some truth to it. the guild is very much active in the members that it has, but a lot of people don't talk in guild chat. i've personally messaged people to join us in mumble but people are all oh muh social anxiety. So we have created a group of 10-15 people who are alloud to raid. i've been trying to do a group 2 but not everyone in the first group has alts for it, so at the moment have to let people from the inner circle in. ;_;

Legion is by far one of the best expansions.
There are things to do daily, the content will be amazing thanks to burning legion lore, the new profession system is fun as hell (will be even more fun in future patches when they add hard to get epic recipes) you can already earn thousands upon thousands on blue shitty items, casuals are stuck in HC dungeons with 800-820 Ilvl, dungeons are great, etc etc.

I'm glad I gave it a try after Nostalrius shut down.
Let's just face the fact that old WoW won't come back and even if Blizzard releases Legacy servers, it would probably die down after a year thanks to players lack of nostalgia.
