It's not, because Vulkan isn't actually necessary. N64 emulation does not require new hardware (unless you are obsessed with accuracy you can't even notice). Using Vulkan for 5th gen systems is akin to taking shortcuts. Devs who aren't willing to take shortcuts are able to get the system requirements much lower.

It was a bunch of gameplay affecting emulation issues that the normal version doesn't, the subtitles finish long before the cutscenes do and you can't even just listen to them because half the time instead of the japanese dialog they just play all the english battle grunts, so while Epsilon is explaining his master plan all that comes out is X going hyaaaaaaaaaaaah over and over. I'm assuming you're trying to use snes9x-sx2 because it's the only one to say that kind of error. You gotta put the BS-X BIOS in the BIOS folder as BS-X.bin (said so in the readme). It should work fine after that.

Anyone able to recommend a little emulation box that can handle Mednafen and bsnes/higan at full speed and can output 240/480i? I have my Wii hooked up to my Toshiba 27a60, running NES and Genesis/Sega CD games marvelously, but that's about all it can do reliably.
