As far as I can see the only true, built from the ground up title just for the N3DS is Xenoblade chronicles. You know how the games keep crashing and generating a dump file? Thats exactly what a coredump is. Its a dump of everything needed to know what caused the crash and why.

The dump files can be mini dumps or full dumps (size is important if youre low on space). They are used for debugging purposes. I have no idea what to do with them, but they are essentially for debugging purposes.
