I had a genji main that had never play more than 15 minutes of anything besides genji in my game and he went lucio after asking him to. Earlier the fucking god of junkrats was holding off my team on the second point of anubis and as soon as I called for everybody to just wait and for our second tank to d.va they did. Then i said we'll rush down mid with D.va apming and lucio speed boosting and they did. We destroyed the enemy team and then defended the first point on our defense side effortlessly.
A shame that last season at like rank 70+ everybody has a huge ego and refuses to listen to anybody when they are asked to switch because they think if they switch they are shit or something.

How do i develop a teacher's patience ? Whenever i have to teach a person what hero to pick, how to play said hero, what is the counter to the enemy teamcomp, proper positioning, target priority, play the high ground, etc i get mad as fuck, specially when it's a dunning-krugger kid who refuses to realize that he is playing with and against people out of his league but won't play a tank/healer.

Even when the person is cooperative and tries to listen, i still get furious because they're really bad and stupid about what is the equivalent of addition and subtraction. It gets to me on a personal level for several hours after i stop playing. How do i mitigate my autism and become a kind and positive teacher ?

The stupid design makes so spam heros like Sym, Torb, Junkrat, Hog are very efficient with literally no effort, so shitters usually pick them because they feel like gods, and there is no way to break through that without a Rein/Diva and a non garbage healer, which is very hard to get on QP. And the tank has to understand that he has to push forward so he can make space to DPSs to get through the choke point.

The only exception that you may sometimes take the challenge is Volskaya attack because the choke is way larger, but still cancer on an environment filled with retards and dunning-krugger kids.

My advice would be to learn angles - you're that much more effective if you can bank a shot off a wall from behind cover and reliably have it hit someone. Abuse the trap, especially in dark places or on flanking routes where there's not a lot of room to maneuver. It might be tempting to get a multi kill with the mine, but save it for quick escapes unless you absolutely have to wipe out/scatter a lot of enemies at once. It helps if you remember map layouts when you're ulting, too, since you'll want to approach from an angle the other team won't necessarily expect.
