I didn't have any trouble with it on my archers (obviously) or Necromancer. I think my Cleric would have had a hard time, but he had Diev so I just silenced their asses and stood between birbs.

I don't want to ever experience it as a normal cleric. Even krivis deals half damage because of their element. No thanks.

Evasion and mitigation in RPGs are always best when you get closer to 100% of it. Most games have diminishing returns because of this, but ToS doesn't.

In any case, -47 evasion is a HUGE penalty for any build that relies on evasion for survivability. If you care about your dodge rate, -47 will have a tremendous impact for you.

Hop Corsair is always a fun build, it transitions into shinobi to go full naruto

for 200k. I don't know if it's worth it to build around a level 75 weapon. I'm also pretty sure that 1handed swords don't scale as well as 2handed.

I don't really care all too much for being a shinobi though the costume looks cute. No mounts since I don't have anymore character slots. I've considered Rodelero but there are so many skills, it seems a little bit overwhelming.

If you could suggest a sword build or a ninja build, that'd be nice.

Durandal isnt a weapon you use, its a pvp weapon you use to cast your buffs before you swap to your main weapon which requires Swordsman C3.

It's not worth building around that weapon (Durandal) since R8 PvE Shinobi spams Shooting Star (a Rodel3 skill) with a Toy Hammer.
Sword3 builds are PvP builds that sacrifice Pelt to max Restrain.

R7 Meta Shinobi (Don't do this anymore)
Sword > Pelt > Hop2 > Corsair2 > Shinobi

R8 PvE Meta Shinobi (Extreme Memes)
Sword > Pelt > Sword/Pelt > Rodel3 > Shinobi > Murmillo
Note that this is NOT a PvP build

Rank 3 for a R8 Shinobi is a toss up since there's actually no good choice available there.
Pelt2 gets you High Guard boosted Pelt1 attacks (which get boosted further with Cassus Crista), but those attacks don't get spammed by your clones.
Sword2 gets you Restrain5 and extra Bash AoE, but Rodelero lacks the means to use restrain effectively in PvP so it falls flat.
Barb1 gives you a slash debuff, but you deal strike damage so it's questionable.
Hop1 lets you use spears and Finestra, which would be great except finestra is spear exclusive and you NEED a Toy Hammer to maximize DPS in this build.
High1 has 0 synergy with anything else going on, just don't.

Sword > Pelt > Sword/Barb/Pelt > Rodel3 > Shinobi > Murmillo
Sword2 gives restrain and is the most "Futureproof(TM)" choice
Barb gives you Helm Chopper and Cleave, significantly increasing your DPS from R3 until R6.
Pelt gives you bigger taunt and stronger shield attacks to use as Murmillo, but they aren't clone spamable.

Safe Hybrid:
Sword > Pelt > Hop > Cata3 > Dragoon > Drag2/Lancer
Very comfy since Hoplite allows you to equip 1h-spears, letting you taunt and use Cata skills without weapon swapping.
Able to freely switch to a 2h-spear at any time.

Suffering Hybrid:
Sword1 > Pelt > Sword2 > Cata3 > Dragoon > Drag2/Lancer
Extremely painful to level, but you have Restrain5 for the amazing Rush/Restrain stunlock combo in PvP.
The big issue is that you can't equip 1h-spears until Dragoon1, so you have to switch to a 1h-sword to taunt in parties (swords don't work with Cata skills so you have to juggle weapons in order to taunt AND also attack).

I put Sword2 at Rank3 so that you can change your mind if you want to follow the less optimal but much easier Hop > Cata3 build.

It is for slithering + high kick (the strike debuffs) and shooting star (best strike skill usable with clones)
The old corsair build is ok until R7, but its options post R8 are weak.

Toy Hammer is used as AA filler rotation between shooting stars.
Other blunt weapons can be used but are weaker.
The build is gimmicky but it is currently the strongest rodelero and shinobi damage build.

Rodelero skill build is like:
Max Targe Smash
Max Shield Bash
Max Shooting Star
everything else 1 point

You actually have a lot of points remaining after this, spend them wherever.
I would suggest saving them in case skills get tweaked in the future.

I made a really really bad Ohayou collage after I tried to think of a reason to join Ohayou cause everyday in this guild is really fun even if they drive me crazy sometimes. This post goes out to anyone interested though.

Ohayou is super lively and theres always way too many people on. We do lots of stuff together and discuss hentai tags. Everyone's talkative and everyone gets a voice. I wish a certain someone would stop making puns though. You don't have to talk if you don't want to of course but I haven't seen anyone in the guild who hasn't participated in the chats. Beethoven and Kora are best mom and mom NA.

If you're interested in joining Ohayou or just want to have some fun for once look us up. Don't worry about "but my builds are bad" or "I'm not good at pvp/gvg" or "I'm a new player", we don't have any requirements, most of our guilds started as lowbies and they're closing in on r7 now and we've helped them a lot with their builds or getting gear on the way. I think people worrying about these requirements when joining a guild is pretty dumb to begin with, makes the environment awful.

Basically the point of Ohayou was to make a guild that is fun and not tryhard but still got shit done which I think we've done a pretty good job of.

Every guild on Klaipeda has beef with Ohayou, that's not really true. The only difference between the community as a whole and /tosg/ is that /tosg/ hates Desu more than they hate Ohayou.

There'd be the punching/boxing offensive oriented classes, kicking/jumping offensive classes, disarming/throwing defensive type classes, grappling/debuffing support type classes (like for example a "dirty fighting" or "pro wrestling" class that threw dirt in the enemy eye to blind them, cut with a hidden razor to inflict bleeding, stunned by hitting them with a chair, grabbing an enemy and making them immobile and more susceptible to damage)
It could be more experimental too, like wizard and throw in more varied styles of fighting like drunken boxer, hidden sumo class, karateka as a 4th rank kung fu hidden class. Doesn't even have to be barehand, could have some bare hand classes, some using some knuckle and arm claw weapons, maybe even a (non magical) staff using class.

There's no way to fit some crafting class in there though. Maybe some sort of acupuncture/acupressure qi manipulating class that could open up shops that buffed some particular stat of players after giving them a treatment and could inflict damage on enemies by striking pressure points and throwing needles.
