The game's had quite a limited production run as well at it's primarily for those two fairly small regions but it's being bought from all over, people are starting to bump up prices now they realise that they can. You should be fine considering everything even if normally I'd agree with you that Chinese sellers are generally dodgy con merchants.

All the negative buzz is from people who played the first game, apparently there are some changes like run speed being a bit slower and no in depth titan customization.

I think its better this way though, my mate has an xbox so I have played the original, but literally only 3 matches, basically there were 3 titans, a slow heavy armored one, a fast lightly armored one, and the one inbetween the 2.

You could pick any and pick from a couple different weapon, but basically there was an ideal setup which most people used.
Now they got 6 Titans all with their own abilities and weapons, which is a better alternative imo.

I was fine with that last map, you couldn't get right on top on A or C but you could always shoot who was there.
Also there is more emphasis in getting in and out of your titan in this game, especially with the battery mechanic.

They spoiled me. I know Rockstar could practically go years doing nothing while sitting on GTAO bucks, but I hope this huge gap means they're working on a game that truly feels "next-gen," like GTA IV did at the time.

The only Gundam game I really want at the moment is a follow up to Battlefield Records 0081. That game was seriously good, shame they chopped off some of Crossfire's not bad features.

GGG should be fun though, I'm honestly not a huge fan of anything outside the UC era other than G because I'm a turbo autist so the 650 units all of which are early to mid UC is great. There's also SRW coming out obviously but that just appears to be mid UC and SEED Destiny at the moment.

Then there's the next Vs. game for whenever, either way things are looking up for /m/en in the West.

I'm honestly not too versed in SNES/PS1 era JRPGs, but I Am Setsuna definitely has a very classic vibe to it. Minimal bullshit, story is delivered through text and doesn't take forever, and the combat is simple on the surface but seems to have a lot of spell/attack variety. I'm enjoying it quite a bit.

And Hundred Knight is a top down ARPG with weapon looting. A common point of comparison I've seen is Diablo, though Hundred Knight is purely single player.

I finished Ni No Kuni, and can't be bothered to do the post game, since I hate the combat. I recommend you anyone who wants to play it, to play it on easy. The game is difficult enough on that difficult. I could finish my shortlisted backlog, by playing through Birth By Sleep, or I could stray and try to finish the original Crash Bandicoot.

I'm also very dissapointed with the lack of good fan art for Ni No Kuni.

I really liked the music, art and I thought the story was good. The monsters were super good as well, and I had the same feeling about them that I think most associate with Dragon Quest Monsters. The gameplay really does drag it down though. Hopefully they fix it to some degree in Ni No Kuni II

Zeta's good stuff, personally one of my favorites of the UC era. Does have a few dodgy subs actually and you could always watch the movies, although they actually are different from the original series and the ending is basically non canonical. It does a few nice things though like suits which came in later series but technically before Zeta in the timeline show up and little bits like that.

Unicorn was good but there was just something about it which felt rushed, haven't watched the TV re release so I don't know what that added. War in the Pocket is one of my other favorites overall just because it's quite a nice concise package and Stardust Memories is good for mech porn. Turn A is one of the best without a doubt but I'm not a fan of half the designs, both mechs and characters, which is really the only thing I dislike about it.

I'd be interested to see some of Crossbone done in anime, it's pretty goofy and they most certainly overdo the pirate theme but it's good stuff.

Just finished Crash Bandicoot for the first time. When I was a kid, I always got stuck on the last level of the first island. There are some tricky levels in this game.

Different strokes for different folks.

I used to play a lot of multiplayer but after a while I just got bored of it. Spent 1000hr on one game, move to a next game, repeat. DLC would also start to add up. Wasn't unusual to spend and extra $60 on map packs on multiple games just so I can keep playing with friends.

Now I just want get through a game, maybe plat it then take a break for a while till I find something new to play. I started getting through my backlog faster after I dropped multiplayer.

Costume pack is an unlock code m8. There's 220 songs so you can unlock most of those with just 1 clear per song, just get both the song packs they're well worth it. The game is hard as nails though, significantly more than mainline games. Ex Extreme is impossible for me.
