She needs a rework to his repair mode and recon configuration. Her SMG needs to be somewhere between Soldier's Rifle and Widows SMG. She needs Mobility when healing and the ability to heal through some level of damage. Her mobility is shit, so she honestly needs some kind of get out of dodge move. Something like a burst of speed for 2 seconds. Maybe mobility when changing from Recon/Turret to Tank configuration

I'm not him but it feels like people get mad at characters for the wrong reasons. Especially with Zarya. Her damage output doesn't bother me.

Here's my underrated gripes

>Hanzo's arrows have no highly visible particle effect like his Tf2 counterpart
>Roadhog having an alt fire (minor)
>Zarya's >ally< shield in a crucial moment during a fight can completely fuck you over and there's nothing you can do in that tiny tide turning timespan but die or hope you have your own Zarya is fast enough to cockblock it

And by that I mean. Let's say you got into a fight with a Reaper, you've already invested a CD and a hefty amount of Hp in this engagement. Luckily, it seems like you can finish him off before he can do the same. Oh wait, nevermind. He just got the only shield completely immune to everything in the game including knockback, so don't expect a melee or a friendly Winston/Lucio boop save. It's only going to take him <1 second to left click you and kill you because your killing blow did nothing. So you can now do two of the following

>continue to feed Zarya and die
>don't and die

But whatever. It's pretty specific and not something warranting a nerf.

That would explain almost everyone having the same base movespeed and healthpool unless they were a tank. That's one thing I'm noticing as a problem. While the various heroes actually interact well for the most part there's like two archetypes trapped in one game that don't mix too well. There's the shotgun-projectile fest with fall-off style of Tf2 and then there's the skeleton of the opposite where longer ranged hitscan can mostly run wild. They don't mix without putting inhibitors on one so the other can function. Widowmaker's nerf and the way Sniper was balanced in Tf2 are prime examples. Pharah existing makes it work, kind of, because she screws shotgun and projectile users so you need hitscan with respectable range.
