You could also have the pack as a mercenary force, but you'd need to supply them with a fighting arena type deal

Disciples can be reformed as a secret assassin group. Basically the dark brotherhood. Not necessarily a force for good, but would work better than raiders

I fully know FO4 is not that deep but I think I'm kinda addicted to Bethesda games. They are the only games in which I spend more than 10 hours. It's a real problem.
