Alright you shitters, here is the objectively best Ember build assuming you don't have shit like Arcane Energize. 190% strength, hits efficiency cap. No, you don't need duration (beyond hitting efficiency cap), because Accelerant already lasts 30s.

Overextended is the mod you can replace for stuff like Flow and Firequake. None of them are objectively better than the other. If you do replace Overextended, you get a 250% strength WoF.
